I was coming to get some breakfast and the only place close by and open was this Jack in the box that I came across in maps. When I pulled up to the location there was no one working the drive through and so I drove off and when I pulled out to the exit I saw the workers asleep on a table during business hours. I'm extremely pist off that they have lazy asses working this places when hard working people are looking for jobs and you have hungry customers looking for a place to eat during early bird hours.

I had not been to this location in a while so my son and I decided to get some food. I went through the drive through last week and an employee came on saying she was "not taking orders because [she was] alone and [could not] do everything by [herself]". I understood it is not her fault, a lot of places are struggling with short staff. Last night we tried again; ordered our food and went on to pay in the window. After I paid with my card and got it back with my receipt, we sat in the car just waiting for our food, so long that the employee herself came back to the window and said "oh shit" and returned to grab our order to give to us. My son ordered tacos and I ordered what I thought was supposed to be a teriyaki bowl. What I got was chicken drowning in teriyaki sauce over uncooked rice with a finger nail size portion of broccoli. (As shown in the picture) I honestly was too hungry to head back out to the restaurant to show them what was given to me so, so I ate a portion of it and tossed the rest because my stomach was starting to turn. Needless to say I won't be trying Jack in the box for another long while.

This place always has an excuse to not serve food. Placed a mobile order and was told the computer had shut down. The worker tried to get me to leave instead of waiting 15min for the computer to start up again and for my order to pop up, saying go to another Jack-in-the-box or a What-a-burger. Smh

Went here for the curly fries and and Oreo shake, which I know to be amazing. It was completely empty (fantastic) and the cashier barely talked (even more fantastic.) I decided to try the "tacos" and they were the worst tacos I have ever had in my life. Soggy, tasted like dog food. But somehow exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 However, realistically, it was quite terrible and I don't know how it stays in business save for the curly fries. I didn't have a particularly bad experience it was just bad food.

Came here at 1:30am for a snack. Lady at the window said her name was Rebecca Brown. She was talking to me like she was a cop, not someone who should be making my food. Line times are so long at this location. Anyways I let her know she should be making my food instead of yelling at me at the window. Her breath smelled like whiskey if I'm being honest. I told her to cancel my order and left shortly after.

Only jack in the box in 45 years I've been eating at jack in theBox that was out of tacos, have been for 3 days, employee response "I only work here". If you own this location maybe you sell it to someone who would or could actually run a business. Worst jack in the box I've ever been too.

Absolutely horrible food. I got a fajita pita there tonight and was told they would look too see if they had the products prepped for it, then was told they did. When i got home and ate it the chicken was completely spoiled and smelled foul. Really sickening knowing that they knew was old meat and still served and charged me for it. Would never recommend to go here unless you want spoiled food

Update 7/21/22: ALWAYS CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER! On the way back from the movies and I wanted some stuffed jalapenos. Went to the drive through and placed my order for one 3 piece and one 7 piece stuffed jalapenos, along with 6 tacos. Because there was a long line behind me I did not check everything in the bag. When I got home, I only had 7 stuffed jalapenos. Incompetence or purposeful? Buyer beware!

Absolutly misserable. Stood in line for 20 min with 3 people behind me while all 4 employees were taking care of the drive through. Just walked out when I witnessed the slop they were trying to feed people. Do not go here
