Jack in the Box

Was starving and decided to go by Jack In The Box. I ordered a croissant sandwich without cheese and a small coke. I have always ordered the croissant sandwich, but this was the first time I had one where the bread was very fresh and flaky. I was beside myself! The bread and be fresh before but never flaky. I enjoyed that sandwich like it was the last one I'll have on earth. It was delicious! WAY TO GO JACK!!!! Ten stars.

Sure I'll reach out, but it may be a waste. I just saw on Nextdoor that they turned someone away again 3 days ago because they didn't work for food delivery (and told the patron that they only serve doordash). Also, the staff here are super mean and angry, don't try to ask for anything.

Can't believe how horrible this Jack-in-the-Box is. I go inside and the floor is soaking wet, the employees are yelling at each other on who's going to take my order, I go into the restroom and there's two employees there one of them making a drug deal over the phone, then when I go out there yelling close the inside and not letting guest come in. They didn't give me a receipt and of course when I go to call a corporate number to complain it doesn't let me do anything without a receipt.What a joke!

Ordered the mini tacos and this is what we got. I don't believe it's supposed to come with the lettuce and if it is I am sure it's not supposed to look like it was taken out of the trash and out on top. This was not what we expected. In a time when COVID is hurting businesses this is the crap your throwing out. I won't be back. So disappointed

They gave me ONIONS ON MY TACOS INSTEAD OF LETTUCE... I hate onions! I feel like I wasted my money on something that could have been easily avoided...

The employees were doing the best they could tonight. They were shortstaffed with only two people on duty. The night shift is a tough spot. I know how people like to call in or sometimes just not show up. The man at the window apologized for the wait and I got my food as ordered. Hang in there!

every time I come here no one answers the drive threw. been multiple times where they just say they aren't serving food right now and if you do get to place an order it takes an insane amount of time to get your food employees are always slacking off are very rude and lazy Worst Jacc in the box ive ever been too

Terrible service employees are lazy and very rude. Seen them walk out multiple times to smoke in they're car and just decide to leave the store locked and unattended and not take anyone's orders. Everytime I come to the location there's an issue not sure how they stay in business

So they don't except change (coins), because it makes it hard for them to count at the end of their shift. That's twice I order and have to cancel my order because they have a problem either splitting two forms of payment and accepting coins. I asked for a manager and apparently the manager was not present in the store to talk to. The employee said they were alone running the shift without a manager. They are the worst by far in my visits to fast food chains. Both times I went to McDonalds next door, because Jack in the box wouldn't except my form of payment.

yeah these people here are fucking dumb as hell and are deaf asf since they can't hear through the damn speaker on the drive thru. Mf need some special ear cleaning every morning before work. And them bitches too there need to know their place before catching an attitude. You're at customer service sweetheart, grow up and start being kind no need to give us an attitude when it's your fuck up of a job. Yeah this place a straight up hell hole. If you wanna catch an attitude, come here.
