This store is garbage! I have yet to receive an order from this store with everything I ordered included. How is it possible to suck that much? If it happens once or twice every once in a while I get it we all have bad days but no every single time I've gone I think to myself I'll give them another chance just to open the damn bag and find items missing that I ordered every single time. Close the store down do us all a favor please.

I just had to look at my text messages- I texted my sister at 10:38pm while I placed the order for her. It is currently 11:10pm- we all put our cars in park and it's no way to leave the drive thru. This is ridiculous To sit in a drive thru 30+ mins. Now people are blowing their horns with frustration and honestly I don't blame them.Girl got my order wrong. My milkshake was literally water. I was like nope- please remake that it's been 41minsThe Hispanic girl working drive thru needs to be in charge of something else.

Pros: Drive-thru was quick with only one car in front of us at about 7 pm on a Monday night. Items ordered matched items received. Cons: The Oreo Shake is pretty much the only reason we choose Jack-in-the-Box over other options and they were out of Oreos. It seems our order was prepared correctly but likely just old: the taco shells were sadly stale (both the regular and mini versions), curly fries seemed limp and more oily than expected, and the bread and tomatoes on the burger were both disappointingly soggy.

This Location it's just about the same as the location on Morton and Fry Road. Absolute SH|T. The employees give the most unacceptable excuses for not doing their job. I sat In a line for 35 minutes with two cars in front of me. The employees persisted to give me bullshit excuses."Poor employment reflects poor management".Do better or find another job. I wanted to be fair, but come on.. I don't have many cheat days. I have to give it straight. This location was my favorite at a point. But now they've lost my business. My husband and I are avid gym-goers, if that makes sense. So when we cheat, we cheat HARD. Ok enough rambling back to the nitty gritty.our chicken sandwiches were dry AWLLLLLL 3 of them. We couldn't even bite those tough thangz. Honestly, I felt as if it was because the employees did not feel like dropping fresh Pattie's into the grease. You know the dried mango slices, or dried apple slices you purchase when you're trying be healthy, imagine dried chicken.. and not the chicken jerky type of snack, the spongey dry chicken that has been sitting under a lamp for some hours that someone else didn't want to pay for type of dry. The cashier looked suspicious too giving me funny looks, now I see why. I wonder if she knew because she kept going to the back when I was at the window. I'm disappointed Jack and co. I spent $19 just to throw those babies out. What happened to late night cravings.. DO BETTER. If someone wants to contact me from the establishment about this service I'll gladly provide my receipt. AGAIN, do BETTER!
