Jack in the Box

I was charged an additional 10.90 on my card, when I didn't even order anything extra. I feel as though I was robbed. The charge is on my bank account. I don't live in the area of this Jack-in the box. And I didn't think to check if I got charged extra. Till I checked my account later. I called the number they provide and it goes to a voicemail and it is full. I can't even get in touch with no one.

The chicken strip was like un cook Forget our drink the curly fries was too much grease some of them Do not recommend it at all

Walked in and was not too busy after lunch rush was over. Drive through had 3 cars. No one in line inside and I stood there for 5 min and no one asked to help me. For some reason they focus 99 percent here on drive through. Customers are still walk ins too and should be taken care of just as quickly. So I left and all 3 cars were gone. Not going back and this trend I am seeing more with some chains like Jack in the Box.

Love coming to this jack even though is far from my house I love coming there because I know how they are really clean and always give great customer experience I do recommend this jack in the box .

Service is just the worst, drive thru seems more like a sit in restaurant with regards to time. I waited to be attended to at the drive thru for 15 minutes before I could even place my order, then waited another 10 minutes to get my food and had to leave when the line wasn't moving. There were only 2 cars ahead of me too! Their service is ridiculous! If you go after 11pm, you get old salty fries. Its like their either always short staffed or staff has a hard time multitasking. Whatever the problem, POOR POOR SERVICE!

Has great breakfast! Love their sides and breakfast as well as sourdough bread option.

First time visit half cooked food never going back here. no manger there no one answer phone.I would give them 0 instead of even one star.

I pretty much only come to this Jack in the Box late at night when nothing much else is open and I'm craving unhealthy delicious food or snacks. I only go through the drive thru. My last review blasted the customer service here but since then I have noticed a marked improvement. In fact, a few months ago, one of the workers taking my order in the drive through was so kind and pleasant that I was shocked and gave that person a $20 tip at the window. I told them they were the most pleasant interaction I had ever had at Jack in the box. No lie, I was that impressed. The people who serve me lately have all been fairly pleasant and seemed to not loathe their jobs and seem to want to do a good job. A vast difference from before. Keep hiring great employees! And keep smiling! Of course the food is tasty as always. The best things are the mini churros and the egg rolls! The tiny tacos are pretty good too.

I'm not sure why the drive thru decided to close at 10 when the signage and ALL Jack-In-The-Box restaurant have the drive thru open 24/7.....very confusing.

This is a good location. Looked clean, food was fresh, and service was quick. Hadn't had JITB in a long time and it didn't disappoint. All the bad reviews had me initial weary to come here, but gave it a shot and glad we did. Likely different leadership & crew since those. Will be back next time we get a craving!
