Jack in the Box

Not to be confused with Crap In The Socks, which is when the cats get litter in our socks and we don't realize until we put them on.It's really weird because while Jack in the Box food has gone from being something I looked forward to as a teenager to something from which I would run a mile in the opposite direction, in Houston's heat and humidity of the summer, I would never try to avoid their milkshakes, which have not only remained the best fast food milkshakes in the game, but if anything have improved over time.I don't know how the shakes are so good, but the prices have increased as you would imagine and that's the reason why I can't give them more than a three, but I have to say that if it were a rating for the milkshakes alone and they were a tiny bit cheaper I would literally be giving them five stars. And that's despite some of the worst fast food out there, In N Out is the world's best meal compared to JITB sandwiches these days.

Okay, I literally just had the best experience at this Jack-in-the-Box. They recognized me, greeted me with a smile, we had an entire conversation that left me laughing the whole way home. I'm mostly posting this review because I told the guy (one of the brothers that works there) that I gave them 5 stars and I actually didn't.But tonight, they totally earned it! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, AND I drove away with a Top 5 Greatest Drive-Thru Moments to remember. Like I said before, definitely visit this JitB during the Graveyard shift. You won't regret it!

This place is a JOKE! They have terrible service ! I ordered 2 tacos with no cheese and when I got my tacos they had nothing but meat in it . So I went back around and told they didn't they were missing the lettuce and the cashier had the nerve to tell me they ran out of lettuce so I asked why she didn't tell me when I ordered it and she goes idk I didn't know so I asked her for a refund and she rolled her eyes and asked me how much the tacos were . Like HELLO!!! You work here not me

Alright.... I normally never write reviews for fast food places unless they're REALLY bad, but never for being really good because that's never happened before; every fast food place we've been to has just been average or below average which is why this Jack in the box kind of caught us off guard. First visit: We pulled up in the drive thru and noticed that the guy working there was SUPER polite. Like SUPERRRRRRR polite/nice. Our orders came out correct and fast, our food was hot, and everything was placed so neatly inside the bag. As we drove away we were like "Well, this was a good jack in the box experience." Second visit: We pulled up in the drive thru and new right away that it was the same guy working there as the last time. Our experience was exactly like how it was the first time which was so pleasant that I told my bf "I gotta write a Yelp review." Lol.

Very very slow! Sat (Stuck) in drive thru! No cars in parking lot. 2 customers ahead of me. Mis- managed! Hire someone please!

This location is in need of better management!I arrived with only one customer ahead of me...he was stating that they got his order wrong.When I Used the restroom, toilets had issues flushing. When it did, color of water looked light it had light colored pee in it...which was the same color when I hit the Water button from their beverage dispenser. The bathroom floor had used paper towels all over, not only from overflow of trashcan. Sorry, but if it's like this all the time...then this Jack in The Box location needs a thorough cleaning, on top of daily maintenance.

Very poor experience! This location was the only location open due to the power outage. I waited in line for about 40 minutes- once I arrived to to order they asked me to hold . I had to keep saying hello until someone came on the speaker and said he can't take my order because "he is running out of people and it's too busy to take my order." Mind you it's 4 or 4 cars behind me too. Now it's too late to find another option! Unfortunately we will go hungry tonight. Thanks for nothing Jack In The box

They need to fire there whole night team had an order for DoorDash to be picked up by 11:22 and I ain't get it till 11:58 it's supposed to be fast food they rlly need to close this place!!!!

This location serves old cold food. This has happened multiple times and idk why i keep going back to waste money. The service is also horrible by a few employees when its late at night. All i wanted was the fries and those were old and stale.

It was just bad. Got the order wrong. Didn't wanna take accountability for it. The taco was pretty good tho. Still wouldn't recommend being here. Very dirty inside all the tables was filthy. You don't expect much from a fast food joint. But this is still just low
