Bad customer service. They didn't give me everything I had order on the app. I had order 5 buttermilks and the cashier only gave me 2 and I payed for the rest even thought I had order it in the app for free

They are stingy with their ranch period they do not offer a receipt period and if you do ask for a seat, they will give you a reprent so that you cannot take the surperiod period also too. They have been closed several times being a 24 hour. Jack in the box and There were at least three nights. One of them, I was asked if I was a DoorDash driver. And when I replied that I wasn't the speaker went silent. I have had Never request for the corporate office to call me back and I have gotten nothing. This place is garbage, I would not recommend it at all. There is another Jack in the box. On Spring Cyprus and 290 I've been going to.

Worst customer service ever. I know y'all are a fast food joint and I don't expect y'all to be as professional and courteous as Chick Fila, but I am seriously appalled at your customer service. I was missing an item from my mobile orders and the lady at the window LITERALLY told me to go around the drive through because they're soooo busy and have a long line. I am so heated right now. Why does it matter if y'all have a line or not?! Am I also not a customer??? Those in the back will obviously wait patiently because yes, they see that you are busy! I wasn't causing a commotion or anything. I was just there to pick up my orders. So I went around and waited patiently and when I went to the window, the manager and the other two nosy employees poked their heads out the window and said they gave me all the orders, and I politely said that I am missing a sandwich and have the confirmation orders for everything. You know what they told me?! They said NO. THEY SAID THEY DON'T SEE THE ORDER AND DIDN'T GIVE ME MY THIRD CHICKEN SANDWICH!!! Are you kidding me?! I couldn't even do anything. They basically called me a liar AND stole from me!! I am never supporting this specific location, ever! Obviously this review will do nothing and people will still come because y'all are a chain. So, I guess it's to warn others that their meal might be incomplete and come with a side of attitude.

Walked in and the girl that was supposed to be at the register was sitting down and on her phone. I had already placed an order online, it wasn't busy and we still had to wait 20 min for our food. People were walking in placing orders and getting their food before us. While we were there the girl at the register was arguing with a customer. So unnecessary on her behalf.We ordered 2 teriyaki bowls, 8 tacos, L curly fries and she only gave us 2 ranches. When we finished those I asked my daughter to go ask for 2 more, she wanted to charge us .20 for each additional one. When I ordered online it allowed me to add up to 5! Such a ghetto location with absolutely no customer service!

I wish I could give this ghetto store a zero. Whoever worked night shift at 2:50am May 6th needs that behind beat because there is no reason to yell at me when I just pulled up. And then have an attitude the whole time I was ordering . I didn't even want the food anymore so I pulled off. But if you wanna be talk to like your stupid then this is the store for you. If not , go somewhere else. They act like I forced them to work at Jack in the box. If you don't like night shift then don't work night shift.

They always have the WORST customer service .There has never been a time that I've gone to this location and the person working the drive through hasn't been rude ! I only come here because it's convenient but now I guess I have to start going out of my way to a different location to receive better service . Ridiculous . This location needs to hire more friendly employees and people that act like they want to be there .

Wow. Just experienced the absolute worst service I have EVER gotten last night. Was in the drive thru for 30 minutes.. ordered tiny tacos & fries. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all. Cynthia, who was a teenager, stood there texting on her phone RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME with my food sitting right next to her for almost 10 minutes. My husband had to knock on the window & she (while still on her phone) continued to say "one second". After expressing frustration she literally started to cuss & ask "what's your problem?" STILL NOT GIVING ME THE FOOD SITTING NEXT TO HER. Even called my black husband the N word!!!! We didn't even eat the food at that point. Cynthia ruined our whole night. Thankfully, I have now spoken with the manager, Kenneth, who was very nice & decided to comp our meal & have a chat with this extremely rude worker. That is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I don't think I will EVER go to this location again. Read the other reviews & yourself from encountering these disrespectful employees.
