Hey beware after ten it's only CASH ONLY. I worked fast food when I was young. They pocketing this. I lived here for 10 years they started this cash only the last year.Management? Will you answer my call? Because it's funny how they only accept cash after ten.

I don't normally give reviews but I thought that I would just to warn people to check there food from here when you get it. I went there between 2:30-3:00AM. First things first for some reason and it's not just this Jack in the box around this time they always say there system is either down or rebooting but as soon as you say you have a mobile order they can make it. Maybe it's true and they can't take orders but just an observation. So they told me that the system was down and I told them I had a mobile order. They told me "okay drive around" and I was like okay cool. Secondly, never get the loaded mini tacos if you are a happy person I don't know if it was just a bad way they made them but they were some of the nastiest things I have ever ate and so messy. Never again. I got my usual Sourdough jack my favorite sandwich from them and those regretful loaded mini tacos. I'm assuming just the regular ones would have been fine but the loaded ones are too messy and sauce EVERYWHERE. I get my food home and eat my sandwich and bite into something hard.....it was a bread tie in my sandwich. I was really surprised to find such a thing and immediately went to twitter and told Jack in the box what I found in a private message. Also sent them a message on their app. They called me and apologized and everything but I'm just glad I bit into it while it was flat if it was sideways it could have damaged my gums or something. I say all this to say make sure you open your burgers before eating them JUST in case something is in them. That goes for any fast food restaurant.

If you like having your food played with , go here . They put one single curly fry on my curly fry Sriracha burger . Management didn't care when they were informed and laughed in my face when I asked them if they could remake it .

I ordered in the app 30 minutes ago still haven't got my food waiting in the Drive-Thru SMH. Hope it taste good i called and said at least make sure its FRESH! Its 330am, Tuesday. Why is it so slow? Only 2 cars ahead of me.1 star cause I DROVE BACK. These mini pancakes are sooo small and they OBVIOUSLY used a microwave which caused them all to be stuck together and hard as rocks! not soft or fluffy and definitely not edible. Back waiting for the ONE car ahead to move along while I trade these rocks for the chocolate cake.

Closest location to our house. Service is good, drive-thru is quick. Never had an issue with our food, except when I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Club, I got a regular Chicken Club. The sandwich tasted great, but when you're expecting spicy chipotle flavor...it's a let-down.Just tried the Pizza Bites yesterday...WOW. Those are amazing!! Especially with ranch. :)

Asked 3x before no pickles. They keep adding pickles other locations get it right but this one. We hate the taste of pickles so bad even removing pickles doesn't help. So upsetting.

I placed an order and when getting to the restaurant was told my order was not on the screen, despite placing it at 2:12 am & getting to the window at 2:40 am and ms.erika working the drive thru just kept saying " it's not on my screen " and I had the app confirmation & the email confirmation and when trying to order again she said she couldn't take it because it was her first day & didn't know how to take orders?

I ordered food from here this Saturday on 12/03/22 at the 6902 Hwy 6 N, Houston, Texas 77084 location. They messed up my order (a tiny taco issue to be exact). No big deal, so I thought. The doors were locked so we patiently waited in the to-go line again so that it could be corrected. The person who took our order did not understand the extremely simple issue at hand... they gave us the wrong food because she rang it up incorrectly. They never once apologized for messing up our order, instead they told us we would have to pay for the correct food rather than fixing the issue. This is where Jack in the box completely failed in customer service and why I will never be going back. The supervisor or whoever he was (see picture) came over toward the window and immediately used cuss words such as "fuck" and "shit". He acted like we insulted his family, telling us to "pay for this fucking shit, do you want a fucking refund" and then even said "I'm giving you a good fucking deal"-with an extremely aggressive voice. We were not even using this language with him nor where we giving him any reason to speak to us like this. He looked on the verge of fighting us because they messed up our order. It was like he was on drugs, acting in a very aggressive way towards us through all his cussing and his crazy eyes that made me think "let's just get a refund and leave or else he might attack us". No wonder they have 1.5 stars, probably would have less if we could choose 0 stars. As a side note, something almost identical happened to us before at Whataburger and the manager immediately remade our WHOLE ORDER with a smile, apologizing profusely. That is how it's done... 5star for Whataburger where they don't treat you like trash, rather they fix the mistake and then go the extra mile to keep you happy. Take notes Jack in the Box, fire these workers or watch your business go extinct as loyal customers get cussed out for getting the wrong order. 0 stars if it was a choice. See below for the employees at fault.
