Ordered a breakfast jack from this location today around 1 pm. Was served this moldy sandwich. HOW was this served to me?? Someone had to put a bun on this and choose to serve a black moldy sandwich to a customer. I am so disgusted and of course the phone number to call this location leads to a voicemail that is full.

This Jack in the box is a joke. Lobby is always closed. This place is super dirty, might be the reason it's lobby is closed. Food I received was cold, fries were not even fresh. No friendly face here. We need to update management and get this place to a real Jack and the Box.

They tried to up charge for asking to have hot chicken on a grilled salad. Jack in the box said it was a new rule in place for the past 6 months. If you want a cold grilled salad then its 6.99, but if you want a hot grilled chicken salad then its 8.99.Unacceptable to go to a restaurant and they attempt to charge you to cook food.

never coming here again i ordered the loaded tiny tacos they did not give me a receipt the guy at the register claims they are supposed to give a receipt went back trying to get my order fixed he claims he could not help me without a receipt this is not the first time they have messed up my order. worst jack in the box ever.

I ordered food to go through the website. When I picked up my food the employees were arguing. There was water on floor from roof leaks. A whole meal was missing from my order and other items as well. Won't go again

Worst establishment ever. I placed an online order trough the Jack in the box app and when I got in the drive through they said they did not have a mobile order and they were refusing to make me one even after I showed them proof of the payment and the app. We were even gonna order some extra shakes and they said they were "closing" even though it was 1:20 am (they close at 2:00) so they were refusing to work lol I'm so disappointed at all
