I usually don't have much of an issue when it comes to this Jack in the box but about an hour ago I officially changed my mind about this location. I ordered on the app and got 24 tacos,and 2 large curly fries. So with that being said I put on the order 5 honey mustards,5 ranches,and 5 avocado ranches again for 24 tacos. They gave me 3 ranches 3 honey mustards and 4 avocado ranches so I went inside to get five more but then I was told they charge 25 cents each which is understandable but then I told the lady up front that she didn't give me 5 of each and she proceeds to admit she put the wrong amount and told me again that I need to pay for extra sauces even though she didn't even give me what I originally ordered. I mean that's a lot of tacos and I just wanted enough sauce for those tacos like I ordered. (I even mentioned in the drive through at the speaker while picking up the order if they could please put all the sauces for the order but clearly that was so difficult) AND while this conversation is going on shes giving me attitude and mean mugging me the whole time. It took everything in me to not go back inside after walking out but I didn't want to continue fighting over sauces because that's just dumb. Anyways just with that interaction I wish there was a no stars option because that's exactly what they deserve.

Try not to eat any fast food ever but thought I would treat myself to the Jack-in-the-Box tacos haven't had in forever so disappointing got home and they were broken, the bag was fried or glued to one of the tacos and seem like they had been sitting since the morning before or evening, disgusting!!!! I couldn't even eat them and for $1.50 not worth getting sick over and in the trash They went! I will never go back there again, oh and also I asked for taco sauce looked before driving off none in the bag so I politely asked for taco sauce once I got her attention she hands me three packets one in Whicjwas opened or another opened and had leaked all over so gross, I pulled up and threw it in their drive thru trash can.

Not good. Soooooooo not good. I haven't eaten at a jack in the box since 2007. This shit hole was a great reminder as to why. SHUT IT DOWN. Unless you like wet soggy tacos and fry oil that hasn't been changed in 3 months- don't do it to yourself.

I usually don't bother posting about bad service at these places but when not one, but two employees look me dead in the eye and look away when you can tell I'm waiting for service. The audacity. I'm currently in the drive thru since I couldn't get any service inside. I know, I shouldn't even try the drive thru but I'm just trying to kill this craving for a dang jumbo Jack

Worker does not maintain the store. Ignores others waiting in the drive thru as he continues to converse with a customer for nearly 30-45 mins. I had 2 doordash orders to pick up but they were "Not on the screen" so they were "Not able to be prepared" whoever is working the Night Shift on 2023/03/17 at around 0345 should no longer be employed by any company. Worker is lazy and has no effort to satisfy customers needs. HR will get a call about this come first thing when they accept calls. This is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any work environment.

"System is down" randomly but takes orders from others. What a shame. They tell you that so that they don't take your order. They got on the microphone 3 separate times and on the third one they said "our system down" whatever
