Maybe I got lucky or my expectations of Jack in the Box are just really low but I thought the food was pretty good and staff was okay. We pull up to the drive thru and are greeted with "What's your order?" Oh Jack in the Box, just how I remember you.We got the munchie meal (two tacos, double stack grilled cheese burger, and half curly fries half regular) plus two additional tacos and an egg roll.The tacos were exactly what Jack in the Box tacos always taste like. Greasy, melted cheese, iceberg lettuce, and mystery meat that's best to not think too much about.The burger was...awkward. From the name, I assumed it would be two grilled cheese sandwiches with the patty in between the two. However, it was more like a cheeseburger with a double bun and ranch in the middle of the slices. Where I thought cheese should be, ranch was instead. I'm not sure if it was a mistake, if that's how it should be, or some rising chef in the back kitchen of this late night establishment was ready to unleash their creation on the random unsuspecting patron... but it was definitely different.So this was my first time trying their egg roll and I actually really liked it. It reminds me of high school cafeteria egg rolls and somehow that's comforting.I had to dock one star for the fries. The curly fries were fine. The regular ones were incredibly salty. I only had two, but I'm fairly certain I have hypertension now from those fries.

Had a bad experience here with someone. Not to mention this place is slow, expect 15 min wait time here, usually short staffed I guess unless they are just slow workers. I was just saying "sorry could I" then the worker interrupted me and said "we don't take orders at the window" well actually I wasn't asked what dressing I wanted for the salad but thanks for that awful experience, maybe please let me speak first before cutting me off so rudely. Not a very good place for "fast"food.

I would never recommend coming to this place the employees are rude they don't pay attention we waited 4 minutes till they asked us what we wanted.the lady was rude and the food was trash.Would never ever recommend coming here was my first and last.

I haven't been to this particular location in a long time because they always get my order wrong. Today was no exception...my breakfast croissant was cold, I had substituted for curly fries (up charged) instead got the hash browns (also cold). I will not be stopping here again.

The guy who worked here 3-6-22 at 3:00am was terrible. I understand nobody wants to work late but they shouldn't take the job if they are so miserable. There was a small backup so I wasn't expecting it to go fast. However, I wasn't expecting to wait 25 minutes at a jack in the box. My car was next in line to order. I waited about 15 minutes behind the car in front to finally be able to place an order. After he moved forward, the guy through the speaker said to wait a second. After patiently waiting for about 5 minutes and not hearing from him, I asked if he was still there then he quickly responded "go ahead". Meanwhile I heard a lady whisper. After waiting for so long, I kindly asked if the wait was going to be long so I can decide whether or not I should order. Instead of saying "yes", he gave a smartass response and said "if you can make it around that corner and go past these cars...." and so on (I didn't catch the rest) with an attitude. After that comment, I wouldn't trust him with my food. He should immediately be fired.

I live 5 minutes from this jack in the box that's why i always come here but this jack in the box is the worst every time I come here they get my order wrong or it takes 35 minutes just to put an order in because of the wait literally I'm here at the window after waiting 35 minutes to put my order in and she tells me give me 10 minutes I don't know if there short staffed tonight or all the time but it's always the same here with staff or without they need to change management if they even have one

Literally no meat in my tacos ! I waited 30 minutes for my food all I got was 4 tacos no lettuce and 2 of them had literally nothing in them just cheese ! I will be calling them after work ! Wish I can put zero stars !

This place suppose to be 24 hours and I came at 3:30am and the drive thru guy said they was closed. HOW? and it suppose to be 24 hours! Lazy people don't want to take orders. How should this place even be open during this time. What is the dude there for if you guys are closed and not 24/7. Never wasting time coming here again!
