2 tacos and small curly fries. How can you mess that up?! Tacos and fries were old. Couldn't even chew much less eat the tacos. Curly fries are just as bad. I mean seriously how hard is it to serve fresher food?!

Don't bother stopping here. I pulled up around 11am lunch time. I was the only customer in the establishment. They had a full staff on duty and everyone ignored me. I Stood there looking stupid at the service counter and could not get anyone to serve me so I sat down for a while in a chair that they had right in front of the counter. They still ignored me knowing I was there waiting for service. After a while I finally spoke up and told the entire staff that if they were not going to serve me to turn off the open sign. They all heard me and just looked at me. None of the employees said a word to me. Instead, they just all started to talk among themselves like nothing was wrong. I left very pissed off. I will not be back. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

This place has seriously gone downhill. I get it... COVID hit all businesses hard - but here we are in April 2022... and this location is still lacking. I came here for breakfast (6am on a Wednesday) one day AND for a late night taco (10:30pm on a Saturday). BOTH times... the lights in the restaurant were ON, the drive-thru menu was ON, but NO ONE was working. Unfortunate and frustrating.

I've been 30 minutes and counting since I ordered two number 6s and two extra sides. Everybody in here is fed up. People waiting at the counter trying to get helped on stuff they ordered a while ago, while the workers hide out of sight and reply only by shouting back. This is a total sh*t show, and should be avoided at all times. People are complaining that their food is cold...How can the service be this slow and still give cold food ?This is beyond the garbage you expect from jack anyways. This is the WORST location I've ever been to. Slow service (if any service), cold food, wrong orders... what am I doing here ?I'm having an RDJ moment and am about to turn my life around after seeing how Jack disrespecting me so hard.

I don't ever seem to learn my lesson with Jack in the box. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a small order of chicken nuggets and curly fries. Chicken nuggets were rubbery and about the size of a quarter. The fries were soggy and seemed old like they were sitting out for a long time. If you've ever had fried food cooked in burnt, dirty cooking oil...........combine all this together. Just overall gross horrible food. Honestly I don't really like calling it food. Couple of bites and in the trash it all went. I apologized to my body and said this was the last time for real.

It's really easy to crap on fast food places and employees. This place is practically asking for it. I drove up, no one inside or in the drive through. Immediately the person on the other end had a standoffish attitude, but ok maybe they're having a bad day. I ordered, pulled up and then they just stood there looking at me. I broke the ice by telling them I have a coupon and they seemed annoyed (it's not like it's my fault JITB hands them out) then I hadn't over my CC and again, they seem annoyed. As soon as I pulled out of the drive through I reached I to see if the reviews were true about cold food and wouldn't you know it, they are.Idk what else to say, this location isn't good. Go down the street and get some real tacos, but avoid this place at all costs

Pretty much your run of the mill Jack in the Box.If you're here, you pretty much already know what you're wanting to get. I ordered for three people using the drive through lane which had, fortunately, a short line. When we placed the order, the cashier was your typical fast food cashier - he took our order but he wasn't friendly or anything. Well at least all the orders came out right, although I have to say that the spicy chicken sandwich was super duper sad - the meat was probably half the size of the bun and was super thin. I know better to stick with my tacos and curly fries when I come back to JITB because frankly, trying anything else is just not worth it.

Nothing good to say !!!Yucky cold tacos. Wanted to charge for cup of water !!!! Really ???Never been to this jack in the box. Doubt very seriously if I ever will come back. Tables were not cleanedRude female at register. You come to the United States. Learn English !!Couldn't order what I really wanted because she couldn't/wouldn't? Understand. I was in a very nice neighborhood. And it wasn't a Spanish neighborhood.

Ordered two number 6s, 2 tacos, and $3 mozzarella sticks. I didn't know fast food could take this long. We all know this locations food is never fresh, so how is it taking this long to pop out ?Answer: the workers all be confused af back there. Running around like chickens deep in the back. So far back that no one at the counter can be helped. It's completely dead inside, except the three people at the front who already ordered but are waiting on something. One guy just wants some ketchup. You can do that other thing later, 5 seconds to grab ketchup is no big deal. Don't make him wait for your 10 minute task for that 5 second delay. Seriously on almost 20 minutes and they still not here. Some lady is shouting right now actually as I type. She's very mad. I wish I could post videos. Don't come here. Dodge it.
