Jack in the Box

Great location! But bad service...the wait was so long as I'm sitting in the drive through lane. I wanted to order a Grill chicken club salad but they were out. Looking at how long the line was I just stuck to (2) tacos to speed up the process. Here I thought it would make the line go faster. As I pulled up to the window, paid and still had to wait for my tacos. The overall wait was 25 minutes

I ordered food from the app at 10:30 at night & the app says the inside is open 24hrs so i set the order pick up to at counter. When I get to the restaurant there's only a couple cars in the drive thru but I selected at counter in app so i park & guess what? The door is locked so when I get back in my car the drive thru line is long asf causing me to have to wait an additional 46 minutes! My time is valuable and if the manager of the store isn't gonna follow what the app says & open the lobby 24hrs then that shouldn't be an option on the app.

worst fucking place. customer service is a zero! they look at you and wont say anything. they all need to fired or retrained. if you are busy the best customer service practice would be to apologize and let the customer know youll be right with instead of staring with your fucking bonnet on which is not a hair net! disgusted!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Wanted a late night snack so I dropped in to get a little something, a burger and some curly fries etc. Ordered a munchies box, the burger was pretty vile but what really ticked me off was my order of curly fries! The staff put about half curly and half regular fries in the same box! Disgusting and lazy, staff was also rude and proceeded to socialize with each other, not a soul in sight actually doing their job.

Only good thing about this place? They didn't screw up my order and it didn't take them too long to prep my order.Everything else? Nope.Dining area? Filthy and you may run into people sleeping in the dining area. Customer service? Just okay. Don't expect any real hospitality from the people working behind the counter.

After a long day of being all over Houston, I didn't feel much like cooking tonight or even heating anything up tonight.So against better judgment I decided to swing by there and pick up something quick. I have to admit that they're triple bonus jack combo they have now has the protein that most places don't.But the burger is actually small, I think about 3 1/2" bun. More of that shrink economics we've been hearing about.But it's better than some places that have been bought by a Chicago group of investors and now serving Mexican milk cow beef rather than the "American" beef when it was owned by a Texas family, and we all know the place I'm talking about.If you notice the American beef signs have been taking off the windows and no longer used in their advertisements. Makes you wonderIt seems that a lot of these quick food or fast food places have really been taking a beating in their reviews,And yet their drive-through lines are always full, it's amazing how as an American society we have really let quality slip by the wayside.Hence, I have started cooking more at the house and I will probably be doing more in the future.I think one should be excited to go out and eat and look forward to it.But we do it so often just at a convenience, like I did tonight.And I got paid back for taking the easy way out as once again I was in too much of a hurry and didn't check the bag in the drive-through and I got home and half of the order was missing...So as the quote goes... " everyone knows what happens when you go through the drive-through... YOU GET £(){€|) IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH!!!!" Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon, the first and best one.I was so tired I didn't even call or go back up there to get it or complain,I'll consider it a parting gift, from me to all of them.Take care and be careful out there!

Straught garbage, arrived and told me they didnt have a cook available making it impossible to eat at my local jack in the box.

To start off waited in the drive thru for more than 15minutes had to order at the window, curly fries were burnt and the spicy siracha did not look appetizing what so ever. If I could rate this place 0 stars i definitely would!!!

I gave 3 stars because my order was at least fresh, but the problem is I ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheesburger and can you guess what was missing from my burger??? If you guessed the bacon that would be correct lol I've never had this happen to me at a Jack in the box. Service also isn't the best but I at least expect my burger to be made correctly.

Worst jack in the box in AMERICA!! Slowest Jack in the box in america!!! This place is horrible!! For one the box where u order ur food has been broke for months, so u have to literally wait behind how many cars it is in front of you just to get to the window just to place your order. Food is always greasy. Your order is never right!! The drinks i have to return on a regular bc they always taste like water. I will never go here again.
