After my unfortunate loss to tonight's game. I came to Jack starving & depressed. I ordered #5 burger man this burger has changed my life. The burger was so good I feel like I don't have to eat for any more days .the burger was so juicy that it inspired me for my next game. The lady at the drive thru was really nice and that food was life changing. Get the #5 absolutely AMAZING. Changed my life forever. Thank you.

This facility is in a good area surrounded by good neighborhood between Bridgeland, miremisa and other. But it is the slowest drive thru I have been to. This is probably my 40th. I do not recommend this fast food place, management needs to do something about it. Just drive to another fast food you will thank me

So I called Jack in the box at this location because I was having trouble with the app and the lady was being very nasty to me the app first off took my money without my order being delivered to me so I just wanted to know if my order was put in and if they bring it to me because I spent all my money on an order that I did not receive and I am angry it makes me not want to go to any Jack-in-the-Box ever again

The food is acceptable. Unfortunately the service is ridiculously slow and, if you are going through the drive through, odds are you are going to be waiting half an hour for your "fast" food. Horrible.

The food is great and the whole staff is so friendly, helpful and courteous. The dining area and the men's restroom are always clean. I know that "Jack" is thrilled with this store.

I am leaving another review every time I come here they have a really bad bitchy attitude. They all need to be fired and they need to find a new staff. You all suck if you don't like your job, don't work at Jack-in-the-Box. Go to college and figure something out I don't know what to tell you, stop giving people attitude you people suck really really bad. This location either needs to be closed down or they need to find a new staff

Worse manager I have ever met. I will not be coming here again. He yelled at my 14 year old because she went inside to let them know our order was wrong. Never apologized. I confronted him and he cursed at me and said he didn't care for my business. Real nasty manager in my opinion.

I came on Drive Thru on Jan 17 at 10:40 Am, the employee took the order was so rude, he yelled at when making the order. I came inside and asking for the manager, the guy who took my order said that there is no manager, he said that he does not care if I make complain or not. I stayed at the counter for 10 min and nobody showed up. Really bad customer service. Never go back again

First of all, i ordered a meal with no pickles and extra onion, but there were no pickles AND onions -_- so i checked if the person who took the order got it wrong but it says on my receipt "extra onions" and not even a single piece. And we went to the drive thru and we were like 3rd in line but took 25 mins to get up to the window to pay. So i asked the employee extremely nicely and casually, what was the delay about? And he was REALLY rude, didnt even start off his sentence with im sorry but instead said, "we have to make a lot of food BRO" who says bro to a customer. And when he gave us our order, he didnt even say anything, when we said thank you, gave us our order and shut the window. This location should really re educate their employees. As you can see, no onion.
