J Buffalo Wings

This time I ordered the 2 pc fried tilapia with 5 boneless wings and fries. The prices have gone up a $1 which is extremely good for this inflation. The fish was fried to perfection. Be sure to ask for sauce. They replaced the hand made tenders with boneless wings. Still good but a little smaller. Fries are unseasoned and bland.

K Buffalo Wings is an Atlanta based chain with several locations. At one point they had over 20 but I only see 11 on the website now. This review is for the Buford Highway location in Brookhaven at Northeast Plaza. Overall it's ok, they definitely have some challenges and are no longer the "best wings in town" if they ever were. The building is in rough shape inside and out. It looks like a majority of their business is not take out. My first visit I went very traditional with medium hot wings on the lunch special for 7.99. They were not bad. The wings a bit overcooked but the sauce nice. The wings were pretty small and not really a great value, but ok. For my second trip I went with the fish and wings special for $12.99 and I we r with boneless wings in the honey garlic sauce. Now that is a lot of food (see picture). The fish was good, the boneless wings large and flavorful. It was a big improvement. I would have rated the first visit 2-3 stars and the second trip 3-4 so I am going with 3 overall. My advice is stick to boneless wings. They have a wide menu with gyros, lo mein, and fried rice so there are lots of things left for me to try. I will be back again

I decided to eat here because my Uber shift was starting to slow down. I am familiar with J Buffalo as I frequent the one in Roswell off mansell road. This one is actually a lot better. They had a way bigger menu with street tacos (definitely authentic all hispanic workers). The two girls who helped me with my order were very nice and it came out fast. The food was really good I got the wet lemon pepper wings with the beef fried rice and was very pleased. The main difference here is a larger menu and there are pool tables around the inside so it feels more like a bar vibe. Will definitely be back here

Wings were very small, over cooked & hard to chew. Wasn't a fan of the lemon pepper. Taste weird. Now I have a stomach ache after eating that food...I should have kept driving.

Very mediocre wings... they are kinda big but if you don't ask for xxxtra xxxtra crispy the skin all soft... and the amount of sauce they use is stingy.

Not a fan of their Buffalo sauce. I've heard the other locations make better food. Wouldn't recommend going here. Lots of other good wing options near by.

This place has gone down to a degree where they lie to customers now. When you place a to go order before you have to go some place or whatever reason, do not even bother ordering here. This place does not make your food until you get there and pay for the food. I have been lied to at this place multiple times that it is infuriating. You get there and you realize your order is not ready even though you ordered 30 minutes ago. Then, you ask them, is it ready. They respond, yes, it is ready, as they eagerly look at your credit card. After you pay, you don't get your food. Afterward, you ask, where is your food, and the response is, your food is not ready and we are making it now. You state, you just told me it was ready, and the response you get is, it will be quick and we don't make food until we get paid. All they care about is getting paid and it doesn't matter even if they have to lie to customers to get money.

This whole place needs help .Fries cooked with old dirty oil Food was pitiful Don't waste your money

bad service, they said about 35 minutes for 1 order of wings and they took over an hour so i left. the food is not that good to take an hour

I've never wrote one of these but I couldn't help myself.. y'all I've never had nastier food I don't think to be honest. the chicken wings wasn't so bad but the fried rice literally almost made me vomit. I just wasted $15 but I couldn't even stomach the smell of that food. I know for sure I'll never eat here agai.
