A hidden gem!We stopped in at 8:45pm just before closing, and the staff were super nice, they welcomed us to dine in even though they close at 9, they stayed till 9:30 when we finished, and gave us great service through and through. Huge entree, enough to share for two people. Fries were fresh. No stale fries. We also ordered 4 beef samosas which tasted authentic and delicious, not overly stuffed with only onions and no meat inside like most places, these samosas went great with a cup of chai (upon request). Can't get over the great service, I hope this place gets good business. I noticed their catering menu as well and it's definitely more affordable than the bigger and more popular middle eastern/ Mediterranean restaurants. I will be coming back.

Delicious and plentiful portions. Grilled meats were exceptional. Vegetables were fresh and delightfully prepared. Baba Ganoush had a delightfully creamy texture and smokey flavor. Very friendly and kind staff. Food was prepared fresh as we waited and dined in. Took home leftovers. Would definitely repeat.

J Beez is a real hidden gem literally in a small corner unit in the back of a strip mall next to a tire service store. Don't let the looks of this little restaurant fool you though. They offer a wide variety Mediterranean menu that has something for everyone. The food is made fresh to order, very reasonably priced and is very flavorful. You do wait a few minutes but it's well worth it when you're getting super fresh food! All meat items were generous and cooked to perfection. It was very clean and had plenty of comfortable places to sit and eat. Service here is very friendly. Definitely a repeat "go to" place for good eats!

Not only are the employees very friendly, but the food here is amazing! Got mixed kabob option #2 to feed 3-4 people and let me tell you, there was so much variety of meats that was beautifully charred and was still juicy and tender. Hands down both the dark meat and light meat chicken was the best!! The only meat that needed some help was the steak kabobs which ended up being a bit overcooked but was still edible.The babaganoush and house sauces were a perfect compliment to the meats. They give you pitas which you can make your own pockets of deliciousness. Overall very satisfied and will be back soon! I highly recommend this place!

I love this place. It's definitely a hidden hole in the wall gem! I was looking for something different and came across this place online and let's just say I'm a regular! They people who work there are alway respectful and nice and are always welcoming! The older gentleman there always likes to come out and pray and it doesn't bother me! I think one should always believe in their faith! Moving on, the food is delicious! The Chicken Shish Kebobs are amazing! It comes with chucked chicken breast, rice, hummus, salad and pita bread which was all seasoned well and the meat was tender and delicious! Great portion sizes as well!The beef and chicken samosa are delicious! They are the beast I had in the suburbs. They consist of minced meat chicken or beef, onions, cilantro and chilies and are so good! The egg rolls were not my favorite but they were not bad! That also had a chicken sandwich and fried but I did not get the chance to taste it. However it looks delicious. Once they let me try a new menu option and it was a gyro pizza and I thought it was delicious but the dough needed to be cooked longer but the seasoning was perfect! My only complaint really is the waiting time but everything is mainly cooked fresh so I really don't mind but it is best to call ahead if you want takeout

I can't thank MR. Raza at this resturant. We had ordered Mediterranean platter for a family member in Carol Stream. The chicken steak was perfect. Charbroil and moist. Beef samosa was delicious. Wish they actually had the Tangy Tamarind and Cilantro/Green Chili sauces because the samosa would've been ten times tastier. The rice might've been the best I've had. Red Hot sauce could be thicker. Service was good too.

I had such high hopes based on previous reviews. I will say we got delivery so maybe in house would be different, but here here are my thoughts: Hummus was saltyBaba Ghanoush had a bit of heat to it! I love Baba Ghanoush, but I couldn't enjoy this stuff... so maybe someone who likes a touch of heat... The Ground Lamb and Beef Kabob on Skewer was dry the best part: the chicken kabob, garlic sauce & rice. It's hard to mess up garlic sauce & rice, but truly the chicken was tasty & juicy! Those three things are what I would order again from this place!
