I'm in Philly for the afternoon, stop here to grab a bite for the road. I ordered the fish hoagie(sandwich). I ask for lettuce tomatoes cheese with mayo and ketchup, she repeats the order. Then she asks me would I like other items on the sandwich I repeat my order the exact same way. I get it and the tomatoes are in the box, but not on the sandwich and ketchup is nowhere. She asks if I wanted ketchup packs I said no I'd prefer the ketchup on the bread well I get it back and the ketchup is 1 line across the top of the lettuce, half of which will be left off the sandwich anyway. I ended up with a refund and will get a tea and donut for my 90 minute trip.

Wanted a fish sandwich. Ordered the whiting fish platter which comes with fries and coleslaw. Also ordered some crab sticks. Fish platter - I wish the fish wasn't fried so hard but it hit the spot. Fries were okay and the cole slaw was pretty good. Crab sticks were just right. Customer service was good so I would go again to try something else.

Easily one of the worst places I've ever ordered from. They refuse to correct their orders when a mistake is made on their side, and even when they've made a mistake, they make you order an additional minimum charge for the error to be delivered. The sad part is that the food is excellent. But the service is awful.

Well worth the trip. They seem to have just about everything everybody else has. Shrimp, Crabs, Fried food stuffs, you name it. But the platters are good including the sides. I did walk in for the order and placed it at the counter. I wouldn't recommend 3rd party delivery places because the guy next to me was trying to take an order that wasn't even his ad the girl at the counter would NOT give it to him! Again, walk in and place the order.

Average product at best with premier pricing (even before the pandemic). Portions aren't large and everything that is deep fried lacks flavor. Blooms because of location and lack of options, not quality.

Stick to the steamed seafood dishes. I've eaten here before and the seafood was great. Yesterday I my wife and I stopped in for something to eat. She had fish, collard greens and Mac N cheese. I had pork ribs, steamed broccoli and corn on the cob. The fish was ok. The ribs were ok. Everything else was TERRIBLE. Feels like $40 gone. The corn was hard and damn near butter free. It did have a few specs of old bay seasoning. That should only be used for corn with seafood platters in my opinion. The broccoli was also hard. Like super hard. My ribs were cooked, but not real BBQ to them. They just poured a little bit of sauce in on some of them. I ate most of the food because I was really hungry. Definitely unsatisfied this go round. I may be done here. How was my wife's food? She walked around the house talking to God about how awful it was lol. Maybe she drop a review about her experience as well! I did here her say something like "baby food style Mac n cheese though.

I called twice to put in an order for salmon and crab and had some trouble with my order, the two women who answered my call were entirely rude to me. Here I am an hour later, with the restaurant closed, and no food. This is extremely unprofessional, the worse type of customer service that I would wish on anyone. Period.

Second time ordering from here. Ordered the Teriyaki Salmon and a Cesar Salad with the Rotisserie Chicken. The food is absolutely delicious. Added it as a favorite and will be ordering at least once a week.
