J & A - Julica Donuts

My girls always look forward to coming here on Sundays and getting their sausage and cheese kolaches and donuts. The bread so tasty and the blueberry cake donut was yummy. I do have one thing to recommend, sweeping and mopping up the front area , and reorganizing the drinks that are out of the fridge .. will make the place more inviting. Just needs a little lovin' and more people will come.

Yeah you can pass this one by. We were excited to have a new place because the donut shops around here are all crappy. This one is no exception unfortunately. We tried kolaches, breakfast tacos, the old fashioned, and donut holes. None of them were fresh. Almost like they were from yesterday. The donuts were too sweet and tasted oddly of coconut. The sausage in the kolache was hard and way too salty. The potato in the taco was potato paste. We won't be going back.

they are always friendly! I tried their iced coffee today and it was AMAZING. I was skeptical because it just says iced coffee but it was soo good no sugar added needed or anything! Just drink it as they serve it and you won't regret it .

The donuts are yummy but the staff is not very friendly. Don't take too long ordering because you'll get eye rolls. I got a couple donut options for my kids, the pink frosting with sprinkles were a hit. I did get a sausage and cheese kolache which was decent but not great. I didn't try the coffee because they were out but if I need a good donut stop I'll stop by just for that

Delicious and big donut holes only $2. Also, there blueberry donut good, too. Will return to try more

She yelled at me when I told her I handed her $9 instead of 8$. Like freaked out on me. Her coworkers(children?) were in the back and were looking from the kitchen scared. I was incredibly uncomfortable with the situation. I understand everyone has a bad day, but you shouldn't be taking out on your customers. You should take the day off if that's what you're doing. Breakfast convenience isn't worth ruining my day. Just appalled that a stranger thinks it's ok to act like that to another stranger and this is probably the business owner too which is just sad.

I'm extremely big on customer service because I feel that's how most businesses grow. The lady who helped me today lacked serious customer service skills. She literally tried to rush me out and was so rude. When I now told her that I wanted to add to my order she looked at me and sighed and rolled her eyes. If not for the fact that I wanted to fulfill my promise to get my daughters class donuts I would've asked for my money back and left. I don't think anyone should be treated in such a manner. We don't have to patronize your establishment. You just got lucky that you're the only donut shop in the area close by to Briarwood Crossing. Please work on providing a better experience for your customers.

I had 2 Kolaches which are 1.69 And 1 apple fritter which is 1.79 Should've been like 5.50 after tax was charged 7.98 receipt was not itemized was listed as custom amount. She did the same exact thing to my buddy that was with me, this is a bad business who steals from their customers.

Terrible customer service she was rude and yelled at us. Just asked what was in one of the donuts. She did not know.

I just left this business and can honestly say the front customer area was clean. I did read previous reviews about the area being dirty, but at this time it was very clean. I would go here again the next time I want a kolache.
