Briana and her manager today! Wow fantastic thanks so much.! I've been going here a couple times now and they haven't failed me. They are a delight and very friendly. They are also very understanding and patient if I have questions. They're all very sweet, fast, and on top of it! 'Management makes this team run smoothly and Briana even handled a customer that was giving a hard time smoothly in the middle of me and hers conversation while finishing up my order. The lady cut in and was complaining and was doing a lot, but she handled it with grace. It's hard to find good customer service that cares nowadays so thank you guys and your team! I left them tips because they were grand, especially when I also saw how she handled it!Thank you guys!

Sucky interaction. I went to pick up bobas for my nieces. I spent almost $50 on bobas and cakes for the fam. I was told after the transaction that they were giving a free tote with a $20 purchase. I asked if I could have a second tote for my other niece given how much I spent and was told no. But I can buy it for $15. That is some bs.

This was my second time here, and wow! It was not busy as I came close to when they opened, and got my drink fairly quickly.I ordered the XL (still loving the XL size!!) taro milk tea, and this was one of the best taro milk teas I've had in a long time! I did not expect it to be this good. The taro had a good distinct flavor, the sweetness was on point, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I gave my husband a taste, and he had one word to say: whoa. The boba is sweet and chewy and I love the amount they put in. Due to the sizes and flavors It's Boba Time has, they've now been pushed much higher on my favorite boba list!

I enjoyed my peach strawberry fruit tea (50% sweet, light ice) with boba. The boba was soft and flavorful. I probably could have even done 30% sweet, but I prefer less sweet drinks in general. My drink came out quickly. They also have an impressive dessert case. I may need to come back to try some of their desserts. Overall, worth a visit.

My parents live down the street from this place. It is so good and the number of options you get is insane. I have their app which is very dangerous because I usually place an order for pick up after I'm done doing errands. My absolute favorites are the tiger sugar milk tea, pistachio Oreo frappe and the taro milk tea. There are more that I want to try but, I always end up getting the usuals because it is so good. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with orders. The shop is small, but it is cute and clean. There is plenty of parking. I can't wait to go back and try more drinks.
