Inka Brasas

Good food and very good service! We loved the pollo brasas, ceviche, and the purple drink (I can't remember the name of it) Alberto was such a great server. He was working alone that day and it got busy but he took such good care of us. They had some people picking up orders also. I loved the aji sauce!

Love love love her tamales! Her food is always great quality, authentic and reasonably priced. The environment here is just great--great music, tables, chairs and the decor! Just makes me feel like at home or an aunts house. The service is professional and always with a smile. Definitely love that now she has her restaurant and will be coming back !

Food was very good, service was amazing. I've been looking for a Peruvian restaurant in town and this one definitely makes the cut. Lomo Saltado was really good and the fried rice with chicken was amazing. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Great Peruvian option in the area. They were very patient with my 2 year old and made accommodations for him which I appreciate. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the fried corn and the Tallarin Saltado was also very good. My son enjoyed his rice. Highly recommend!

I was spoiled in LA with so many great Peruvian places and boy do I miss them. My cravings for chica morada have been met! Definitely recommend washing everything down with the unique and freshly made tasting purple corn drink here! And for you plantain lovers there's sweet ones and the ones I got which were huge and amazing fried ones called tostones. Dipped in the to die for green sauce along with the yucca fries and dare I say I enjoyed the sides more than the main dish! Don't get me wrong the chicken was juicy, moist and flavorful but to me the sides and sauce and drink were the stars. We also got the classic lomo saltado which tasted exactly how it should. Portion sizes were fine for the price! So glad to have this restaurant in my radius for good Peruvian eats!

Loved how decorated the inside was and I would be lying if I didn't say how excited I was to try this place out. The lady at the front was nice and friendly but I found the menu to be rather small on options. Seemed to be more catered to a family dining single large order, opposed to an individual meal. My interpretation. I got the 1/4 chicken, rice, beans. Got home and tried it. Very average. Chicken tasted like it was a rotisserie from HEB or Costco; cooked well but nothing special, rice was bland and flavorless; and beans I did not enjoy either.

Great Food! Very flavorful meat and chicken. Alberto was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would come again!

I ordered the Lomo Saltado and I must say it was underwhelming. The best one I tried is on 249 called Pollo El Rancho!

Great food and service. We all liked our food and the service was good too. I have a picky eater and he ate all of his meal and loved the inka cola. Definitely worth a stop for something new and delicious.
