I always love coming to this shop. Super sweet and informative employees. They make it quick and easy for me to just choose out what I need. Whoever comes by needs to try their house juice because it's definitely worth it for the cheap value they have. Plus! They're very clean and professional as well unlike other shops around town.

Great place for all your vape needs! The staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; I had no trouble getting all my questions answered. They have a table that's set up for taste testing purposes, and you're allowed to choose (from over 90 different flavors) which ones you'd like to sample. Juicy Fruit and Yellow Fanta are my personal favorites, and their pricing is reasonable. I've been here a few times now; so far, so good.Keep up the good work!! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Love their nic salt selection not to mention my free bottle of 15mL juice every now and then I it's hard to complain. Staff is consisted of a bunch of cool, helpful guys that pretty much know everything about vaping and can help steer u in the right direction! Thanks guys

I have been here several times. I am trying to quit smoking. Definitely go on the days when they have specials!They have great employees. I was totally new with the vaping scene when I first started vaping and the gentleman showed me all around and didn't try to sell me one of their top dollar vapes. But seriously check out the days that they're running specials you can seriously stock up on juice!

Keep having problems with the pen and the lady attempts to help but its all a try this or that ..not definitive answers ...and if you look up the same stuff on eBay or other vape sites ...prices are half But good selection if you're in a pinch or just happen to be in the area

I do not like to leave a bad review, ever. But since they wanted to jip me off a couple of bucks, they'll get one. I called in to ask how much my glass replacement for my tank and was place on a brief hold to find out if they had it in stock. They had it in stock and asked how much it was including tax and the rep told me $6.00 even, base price was $5.48. So i head over there and went to pick one up and the cashier told me it was $9.95 before taxes and told him I was quoted $6 total.. He said sorry for the confusion and gave me a 20% "discount" right off the bat. I would only suggest to come here if you are desperately in need of a replacement part (like i was) or if you just really want to get jipped. It may be a couple of bucks, but if they gave me a price, it better be that price when i check out. Just saying...

This is my local shop I always always come to. The customer service is really unmatched. Unfortunately due to a recent issue with a nic. salt manufacturer that makes my go to flavor, I've been shopping around Houston looking for unaffected bottles. It's been astonishing to see how poorly most shops treat their customers and makes me thankful that the guys at imperial vapor are always so good to me. Tony, Cassida, Matt, and Ozzy are always super kind and know me by name. They always take care of me and I am super grateful that they're part of my community.

I absolutely love this place. Staff is always amazing and knows what I want the moment they see my car. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you guys so much for being amazing. Truly the BEST vape shop.
