Nothing fancy, just a solid menu of Chinese take-out standards, with lots of vegan options. Personal favorites include the veggie lo mein (I add tofu for $1), and the General Tso'stofu. Friendly, covid safe service, and quick delivery as well.

Been going here since I was a small girl. The workers are always nice and ordering on the phone is very quick. Once I ordered something with meat and the guy on the phone knew I was pescatarian just from my order, and recommended something else tasty. 10/10 restaurant. The food is made quickly and they will call you if you forgot about your order. Definitely recommend.

It's Chinese food, and it's in Delco, I can't really say much besides it's standard Chinese takeout. I've eaten here for the better part of 5 years or so, and it's usually edible. I've had issues where the chicken in the Chicken and Broccoli is overcooked, or the sauce is too oily or salty, and maybe the egg rolls are glorified cabbage rolls. That being said, my go-to dishes are usually Chicken Mai Fun or Chicken Mooshu since those tend to be the most diverse in vegetables that aren't green veg and the flavors are inoffensive and easy to fix if messed up.You won't get the best Chinese food of your life out of a takeout place on the edge of the suburbs, but you'll at least have something else to fill your stomach besides pot roasts and pizza.

Chinese take-out places are typically a good option for a quick vegan meal, even as they range in quality. Located on West Chester Pike, Imperial House is an unassuming, yellow signed Chinese place recognizable in almost every community. I ordered via Grub Hub and picked up the order, which was ready when I arrived. The sesame tofu is simple, the sauce not too sweet yet very flavorful. The broccoli is fresh, steamed just enough so it still crunches and flavored with a spicy pepper sauce. The service was great, the woman at the counter who was also cooking greted me with a smile, and when I asked about vegan option s(ie: no fish sauce), she knew her menu. Highly recommended for Chinese takeout in UD, Overbrook, Havertown, etc.

Was feeling hungry but only had an old pepper and onion in my cabinet. I called in delivery for Imperials Bourbon Chicken. It arrived in perfect deliveryery time for a weekend night, 30 minutes, just in time to cook up my veggies and serve. My husband got pork fried rice and that was a step above the usual, with a hint of ginger in the flavoring.

For chinese take out this place is great. The food is ready fast have had good service picking up and using delivery. Egg Rolls aren't the best but I dont even usually eat General Tso chicken, and find myself craving it from time to time now cause it is great here. It is not mushy like some places it is crispy and full of flavor. If your in the mood for some chinese take out this is your spot.

Its Krystal girl again. Had a taste for Chinese today, so I decided to try this place. I opted for take-out and I called and placed my pick-up order. When I arrived about 15 minutes later, my order was ready. I ordered small shrimp fried rice without onions, $5.30, the lady said. The lady was busy when I arrived with other orders so I waited. When my turn came, she said shrimp fried rice, I said yes. She handed me my bag with the shrimp fried rice, fork and napkins. She smiled. I was so hungry about this time, I almost ate the bag!!!The shrimp was good but the rice was a bit too salty. I enjoyed it and ate it all, probably because I was so hungry but a little too much salt. I would suggest to them, less salt. The service was good. The location in Upper Darby is wonderful. I will try this place again, just not shrimp fried rice.

The steamed dumplings were too doughy, edamame was cold and barely salted and the egg drop soup was not great. My kid loves this spot and usually his fried sweet and sour chicken. However, even that was stale tasting. We may have gone too close to closing though.

Ever since they changed to new ownership, the food become so terrible. They do not follow traditional Chinese way using natural ingredients to make sauces. Their food is unhealthy and high in salts and MSG.Avoid as much as you can. Their food makes your sick.
