If anyone can post a review about this place, it's me I'm disabled and when my daughter can't take me here to eat I order at home at least twice a week. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. I'm a Hunan chicken kind of guy, but there orange chicken is to die for soup is delicious hot and sour only and they are super nice and courteous to all their customers I have witnessed firsthand.

We ordered take out on Christmas Day. The teriyaki sticks were literally like beef jerky. Chewy and disgusting. The pork fried rice tasted like dirty dish water. The chicken fingers were hard and maybe left over from another day? We will not order from here again. Clearly zero pride in their food.

This restaurant is much better than its stars rating would suggest. It's much better than another Chinese restaurant just south on Barker-Cypress Road. We had really good Mu Shu Pork, and I grew up eating MSP, so I know what it's all about. Just for variety I ordered that mysterious Cantonese-American dish "Shrimp Egg Foo Young" and it was delicious. Who doesn't like an omelette with shrimp inside? Imperial China Dinner is a go-to place for Chinese-American comfort foods.

We usually order through Uber! We get the Chinese combo fried rice. It's pretty good. We also get an order of crab ragoons and sometimes the egg roll. Overall, okay for the price

Imperial China Diner - not great, not terrible.It seems I've eaten from here before and I am pretty sure this restaurant is the reason I don't order kung pao chicken any more, so I made sure to avoid it as it was underwhelming.Thusly, I got the jalapeño chicken and lo mein. Mid. It's a teensy bit spicy. The sauce is sweet, sour, salty. The chicken is tender. But honestly, it just isn't flavorful. The most exciting part of the dish is when you get an onion that has some real stir fry sear going on. The lo mein is virtually flavorless. Nothing at all going on. Just existing.I'm sure for most people, Imperial China Diner will hit the mark. For me? I was no longer hungry when all was said and done, and that's about it.

Thank you for serving me raw chicken. Staff is nice but this is inexcusable. They fried the chicken for another 15 minutes or so and gave the chicken back to me hard as a rock and very dry.
