This was my husband's and my first time at this location.It wasn't terrible, however it definitely could have been better.The coffee was awful and the waitress just seemed "over it."The food tasted alright, but it did take a bit for it to get to the table.We're going to give it one more try.

1) apple juice had the consistency of syrup2) apparently if you want scrambled eggs you have to request real eggs or you'll get ones mixed with pancake batter? That's what our server said, I assume he meant powdered eggs.3) found a hair in said eggs4) service was slow because server was distracted by another server following him around flirting (?) with him. Had to find him to ask for water and again to take my payment after waiting for a while for him to return. Both times the other server had him cornered talking his ear off while the manager just sat on his laptop.

I've been to many IHOPs but this one by far is the most efficient. They were busy but still managed to get guests seated and served in a timely manner and the food was good.

Food was fine. $4 for a cup of coffee misses the mark. Climate was about 80°. Too hot to enjoy the meal. Had quick 2 egg breakfast and crepes which were both fine. Won't come back due to coffee price and climate.

Went to grab a snack with the hubby . I gotta say the service was poor we waited for like almost eight minutes until we apparently asked if anyone has helped? Takes our order and still over charged our ticket. We replaced one drink for a milkshake and she forgot to take the soda off and forgot about our side of sausage. Manage to tell us she didn't charge us for the shake cause she charged us the sausage but not thinking about the extra drink she overcharged. Maybe better service if the crew weren't caught playing uno. And not be able to serve the customers. Smh

IHOP never disappoints me! All the food is always delicious and the customer service is is excellent. Brittany was a exceptional worker. We had a party of 11 and she did not write anything down and remembered everyone's order and did not mess up! Brittany was very nice and polite surely left an impression on us when we came for breakfast today. James the hostess was also wonderful and greeted us and we got seated right away. Every staff member here had a great customer service!

New meaty cheesy omelette is pretty good. It comes with pancakes or hash browns and is more than enough for two people to split. Grilled chicken salad was good too but my friend wanted olive oil but none was to be had. Not too crowded since we were there after breakfast and before lunch but it still took a little longer than expected to get our food. Our Server Bader did a great job.

The food was sooo good!! but the chefs took too long to prep our meals. We had to wait for 1-2 hours. We saw that the chefs were goofing around, and YOU CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY GAVE US!!!! literally. 2 hrs for just a small plate?? But,the kitchen is literally visible!!! And, this place was well decorated.

I had the most positive experience today at this IHOP....I came in on a Sunday from out of town and asked if they could accommodate a party of 11 on an hour....These people went above and beyond to accommodate us...and the service was outstanding. The waitress took our order without writing anything down and was perfect for 11 people. When leaving at least 5 people Thanked us for stopping in.I quit going to this location years ago due to poor service...but these people need to be commended for an unbelievable turnaround....IHOP is IHOP...but they we're unreal on a packed Sunday and made my day!!!

This place is infested with roaches. I saw 3 just while sitting at the table, I can guarantee you if they have that many in the dining room the kitchen is crawling with them.
