If I could give zero stars I would. Service is very slow. For a newer Ihop it's dirty. Also it was about five servers and I could not get helped within 20 mins of sitting down in my half cleaned booth. The phones are ringing off the hook. The hosts seems to be the only one trying to accommodate the guests. Kenny was super sweet he got out order out us because he saw it in the window getting cold and he wasn't even my waiter. I'm so disappointed in the management Here because good management really is a difference in service. Please do better. And Kenny thank you got going above and beyond.

So it has been a long while since I've ventured into an IHOP and have always found it to be very average in terms of food and service. Wasn't expecting much when we walked into this location. It was completely empty other than a host at the front who doubled as our waiter. This is certainly a newer IHOP and has a more updated look w warm wood and updated booth seating compared to ones that have been around longer.We were pleasantly surprised by our attentive service and we all enjoyed our food, usual variety of pancakes French toast and chicken fried steak. Forgot how massive the menu is. The food was cooked to order and took a short while to come out. Only thing that wasn't up to par were the hash browns which definitely had a freezer burn taste to them. Pancakes were so good! Light and fluffy, absolutely delicious. Our waiter was nice but not very proactive (had to be asked for many items like water and utensils etc and then would only bring out one at a time rather than check how many we needed). By the time we left I think one other table was occupied, can't say how well this location would perform if it were actually occupied more. I suspect it would have been a different story. But for us this was more than sufficient for a family friendly dinner! Would def give this a try if hankering for pancakes or breakfast.

We walked in and the restaurant was almost vacant. We still waited for 20 minutes before we were seated.The floors were sticky and wait staff just did not care. Then after 45 minutes we were served cold scrambled eggs

Beginning of the day and they dont have ice-cream shakes they say they ran out of everything for desserts. We only come dor dessert cause they always suck in their service. But even just for dessert this location is never on par, go to Dennys on FRY instead save you the headache and frustration. Their management are never qualified here.

NEVER ORDER delivery from this iHop. If they screw up the order, AND they will, THEY DO NOT CARE. The manager claimed to me that she loaded the order and did not make a mistake. So, there is nothing that she can or will do.Nice customer service iHop. Perhaps, you should try another business model, you stink at this one.

If I could give a zero I would!!!! Ordered ahead of time! Got to the place and waited an hour for my order! Asked for a refund and still having to wait for the manager to get my money back! A person that came before me ordered in person and got his food before me! DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE!
