I agree with the bad reviews on this IHop at Katy Freeway at Grand Parkway. How does it stay in business? Worst customer service. Sorry management. I am there for 12 minutes and there was no staff out on the floor. Ive tried it several times and this was the last try. They are all in the back at the kitchen. Just drive on down the freeway to Fry and you will be well taken care of at that IHop and on your way before you ever get served at this place. I had to give it one star to post otherwise it would be zero.

I don't walk here. I don't run. IHOP. Because I want to get here as slowly as possible, really.Probably my least favourite restaurant in Houston, and probably my least favorite chain in America - along with the likes of Applebee's or Chick-fil-A or Taco Bell.I just think the food is bad and the fact that the price keeps going up while the taste keeps staying just as bad as ever is unnerving... it's perhaps the most worrying thing. Maybe my tastes are just different to yours. Ew. Try Angie's Country Kitchen instead. But really, why does my Aunt In Law always insist on this chain.

Asked for a window seat...had multiple window seats open and she said she can't sit us at one. Took 10 minutes to get our coffee. After 30 min another table who came in later than us served. They were not mean just all seemed lazy and no urgency. Left 10 dollars for the coffee and told the host up front, who was playing on her phone, that we were leaving. Management needs to overhaul training here. Great location. Horrible customer service

party of two. We requested a table and was told that the table section was closed for cleaning. After waiting over 5 minutes for the server to clean a booth, we were seated. After another long wait, we ordered our food and we both asked for water to drink. The food did not take too long to make which is good. one order was incorrect and had to be remade. We did not receive our water until after your food. No one checked on us. And we had to ask for our check. If the restaurant had been busy, none of this would have been a concern, but WE WERE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN THE ENTIRE PLACE!!! We won't be back!

Ehh, a breakfast diner chain. Food was edible. Coffee was hot. Service was average. Started my meal with coffee. The mug had a smidge of pink lipstick... I just wiped it and drank off the other side. I use to work hospitality so I try to give more grace on the little things. Sirloin Tips and Eggs w/ Pancakes- One of my fave classics here, left me a bit disappointed. I asked for medium/medium rare and that came out fine. However, the meat itself was pale and lacking the vibrant sauté char and taste. Hashbrowns and eggs were on the less warm side, almost cold. I'd have to say the pancakes were the only thing that hasn't changed. Nice and fluffy. I try not to support chains, but once in a while there's a taste for it. Or the nostalgia of what was.

I talk to manager about it she agreed of the problem, she said that's why she always use plastic utensil there lol, funny she said she didn't have help from her superiors, run from there I'm not coming back ever , she offer to give me credit for food , its not about the money my total was $30 I left $40 just not coming back no more , hope they can make changes for other future customers if not I won't be surprised to se this location vacant soon, waiter was nice , not much he could doNo coffee refill, no hot sauce that I wait for, no spoons for coffee, no napkins it was bad bad

My visit was at 5:00am on a Friday morning. The restaurant was completely empty and I was greeted with a welcoming smile by Miss TiaI want to start off with the cleanliness of this I Hop/ 24515 Katy Freeway,Ste#900I went to the restroom to wash my hands it (smell like flowers and looked good also) that was before setting down to order,I was seated by Miss TiaI ordered a spinach omelette no mushrooms but extra spinach/this meal also comes with a extra side order of pancakes or fruit.I chose pancakes and I asked to take them home.I wanted sharp cheddar cheese, Colby, Jack cheese, and pepper jack cheese in my omelette.IHOP doesn't carry Pepper Jack-cheese I was informed by my Server Miss Tia.That was disappointing.But I added jalapeñosMy omelette came out quickly and it looked appetizing.Looked wonderful/ Smelled Great/It covered the whole plate it was so large butIt was missing one thing I don't know about you but I like it when I have enough of the ingredients in the dish to cover the whole meal.Half of my omelet was missing the spinach.I asked for extra spinach when I ordered.I definitely would go back to this IHOP to try some thing else on the menu.Thank you to Miss Tia My server.

if I could give no stars I would have! Don't eat here! I saw the manager pick food up with her bare hands and put it on somebody's plate right after she wiped her hands on her clothes. I left without my food after waiting 35 min and they had lost my order! The owner of this place needs to shut it down ASAP! IHop you should be ashamed!
