The reason for my 1 star was because the food options are OK, but not that many exciting new flavors such as pumpkin, caramel, or cinnamon like Denny's has. And also the French toast and hot chocolate that I ordered was a little too much for me, too big to finish it oh and not to mention a fly on my plate which made me lose my appetite. I wish there could offer a smaller size because it would make me nauseous and another thing the waitress brought my food to the table, She put it on the edge of the table which could've fallen good thing. I moved it in the middle. If not, it would've wasted that food I say if you want to save money, Dennys it's worth it and has better food options just wasted $16 for nothing and I didn't even ate all of it. It was too much.

Came here for bread while visiting family in Houston. Our server Marco was outstanding.. best customer service I have ever received at a chain restaurant. Polite, courteous, efficient and caring. I had to tell the manage one duty she needs 10 more Marcos!!! :-)

Staff doesn't wear a mask, plate was dirty, bacon half done. After waiting to be seated and hearing the staff talk about the owner for 6 minutes, finally they decide to seat me. What made it worst, I was the only person there at 6:35 a.m. Won't be back, horrible experience and no Covid 19 precautions

This IHOP was freezing cold!!! The customers were in winter jackets. We ask the staff and they almost laughed at us. They too were in their coats. The hostess went and put gloves on. It was ridiculous.

Was excited to dine with family, 4 tables of people waiting on a server, 15 minutes passed, still not a single server, one family left, another left then eventually we left, visible employees in the kitchen, not a single family was even greeted or even asked for drinks, nothing, terrible experience at this IHOP location.

I really do not like to post about restaurants, I feel like some days are better than others for all of us. That said, this IHOP is the worst.I ordered from IHOP via DoorDash for my family, three meals. The Dasher arrived and it was altogether someone else's order. There wasn't enough for any of us to eat it, even if we wanted to. So I contacted support and opted for redelivery. The redelivery came really quickly. The food came in snap close plastic boxes, where the box is completely closed, it cannot just flip open, nothing loose. I opened my box and there was a LIVE ROACH in my food. I understand that things can happen, but there is really no way that it "just happened" but EVEN if it did, my family does not want to eat food from a restaurant where a live roach gets packed up "to go." Zero stars, would not recommend.
