The food is typical, average, expected IHOP food, and we enjoy it. My family usually gets the same dish each time, and if there are any issues, they are immediately resolved. My 5 stars are for Katherine! She the ABSOLUTE BEST server ever! Her service, friendliness, and positive attitude are always consistent. We request to sit in her section every time we visit this location. "Katherine thank you so much for being so AMAZING!"

As an establishment that is open 24 hours, sometimes IHOP gets a bad wrap because of the type of customers that come in during the wee hours, but this location is different. This IHOP is doing something right. Management here is taking pride in the food and service. I had been craving their pancakes for weeks so my family and I stopped by for breakfast Friday mid-morning. Despite the restaurant being full, we were greeted and sat down in no time. We did not have to wait which is always a plus. The restaurant was very clean and the tables were well kept and stocked. We had a nice man take our drink order and a few minutes later our actual server, Ms. Santos stopped by our table to ask the same thing. She left to give us time to go over the menu and bring our drinks. Apple juice and fresh coffee for the table. The apple juice is great, not too sweet not too tart. The coffee could have been a bit stronger, but it definitely was fresh and hot. Nothing worse than lukewarm coffee so we were glad she left the coffee pot with us. After looking at the menu (many new dishes since the last time we ate at an IHOP restaurant) we knew what we wanted. My son ordered the Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich with extra fried eggs and a side of fries while I ordered the avocado toast topped with two over medium eggs and bacon. The hubs got the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich. We also got a side order of plain pancakes (me) and strawberry pancakes (him) and asked for these to be held off until we finished our main dish. The biscuits were soft on both of their meals. My husband couldn't finish his sandwich or decided not to in order to have room for the pancakes. My son on the other hand cleaned his plate just like Mama did. The only thing I would have preferred to be different on the avocado toast, was the actual avocado. I would have liked to see it mashed instead of cut into pieces. This would have allowed it to be evenly spread on the toast. When it came time for the pancakes, they were warm and fluffy. If you want other than regular syrup just ask as they carry blueberry and strawberry syrup as well. Keep up the good work and we will be back as the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles was calling my name!

We like to come to this IHOP because it seems to open earlier than the one that's closest to us.Plus, the servers are always polite and attentive. And the food is wonderful. We've never had a problem at this location.Our most recent visit 2/26/22: I wanted to give a shout out to our waitress by the name of Lawanda. She was absolutely delightful. She was sweet, funny and did a wonderful job!Two thumbs up.

Made order online, came to pick up and watched the waitress girl flirt with a guy seem to be off the clock employee/customer try to order food. Wouldn't be such a big deal if the other waitress just hand me my order (that was ready the entire time). After I intentionally told the both of them "i come to pick up an online order," the male host do nothing and the hostess keep flirting. 5 mins pass and the flirt still going on. Kudos to the employee/customer to stop the flirting and ask her to help me while he tries to put some discount code into the machine. Food was usual.

Look... I know Ihop is a chain. But I have come to this place on my worst days and the pancakes, coffee and service have made my day so much better!We ordered coffee and started out with the tres leche pancakes. THEY WERE SOOO GOOD! Ive had my eye on those for a some time now. Then we still werent satisfied. We then ordered the new pumpkin cinnamon pancakes with the new grinch hot cocoa. The hot cocoa was delish but didnt care for the mew cinnamon pumpkin pancakes. They were very rich and a little too sweet. Overall tue service and food were amazing.

I haven't visited IHOP in years! But I went this time for breakfast. I almost never get pancakes because I will get full easily. But they came with almost every combo. So I got their classic breakfast with the eggs, hash, & sausage. I was told that I could pick any flavor for the pancakes so I got the tres leches. When I say these pancakes were from heaven!! The flavor was amazing! The pancakes were so soft and fluffy and not dry tasting! I thoroughly enjoyed them!! I wasn't a fan of their orange juice. It tasted watered down. But I would definitely get the pancakes again!

Food was great! Came in the door and told my experience about other place. They understand the situation and got us situated quick. Love how they ask questions about what we wanted for our food. The food came out so quick which I love because my kids was very hungry. Thank you for the great service. Will be coming more in the future.

I talked to the host telling him I made a reservation through the app and he said he didn't see my name on the list but said he'll fix that so I stood waiting for my turn then 20 min later he stares at me and asks if he could help me with anything? Told him we already talked about it and said oh yes I'll get you seated soon another 20 minutes pass by and the host leaves and has someone take his place so I went to go ask him when my turn was because I've been there waiting for so long and he told me my name wasn't even on the list but he was actually helpful and got me seated right away
