Service was slow. Got sitted, and the server took 20 minutes to give us our menu and another 20 minutes to take our menu. Food came out cold, the butter on the pancake wouldn't melt and the sausage and eggs were cold. It seemed like the food was sitting for quite a while before getting to the table. To top it off, there were no utensils when the delivered our food so we had to flag down the server again. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back at this Ihop location due to the slow and unprofessional service.

Honestly had not been to this location in a while as I grew up in this area and experiences here were not ever remarkable in any way. Came to grab dinner and I was extremely impressed by this location in all aspects. Food was great, the inside is very nice and updated. The service and friendliness of every staff member we had any interaction with is literally what made me login to my yelp account to share how great it was. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated immediately and as far as our server, Justin made sure we were well taken care of. Coffee was great. Strawberry lemonade was mid. TEA was great.

Not sure why this place has some low reviews. We enjoy this location and the people are always fast and friendly. My son orders a complicated hamburger and they always get it right. And my omelette is always way more food than I can eat. If you don't want pancakes with your omelette, swap it for their onion rings that are hot and great!

This particular location this morning was busy. We did have to wait about 5 minutes before waitress came over. The food was good, pancakes had to be sent back due to over cooking. The staff needs basic training in waiting skills.

Have never ate here in person. Ordered breakfast on Sunday and it was extremely cold. I live about 7 mins from this place. I also tried calling in an order today, as I was in the parking lot so I would receive the order fresh. Called 3xs and no one ever picked up. I can tell why they only have 2 stars. My to go order experience was terrible. I can tell sitting in would be terrible as well.

Oh okay, now to begin this I have to say I wasn't originally going to review. I feel like it's a fair trade off with the relationship I have with ihop. But this experience is all about things that were said not to be but got done. And it ended up a good do . So originally I showed up in the morning to pick up breakfast for my family. I didn't get anything for myself this trip, and the ladies were relatively very kind and helped me put together my families Frankenstein order. Order to exact time I need to call things great now and Sunday. This place is packed so I only saw the front end- everything is clean and organized . Usually full of people and tables and ledges dripping with takeout/ online orders. This was mild (all good with me). After picking up the order, I dropped it off made my own separate order but I wanted to take a smoke break and get my hungry . I tried the big brunch and for my own reasons I asked for no cheese, i saw option for 4 cheese crisp which is basically a big discus of cheese and I thought I was taking it off instead I had paid the extra 1.29. But I find this all out later. I go to pick up my order and it's late (+/-) I know it's gunna be hot and fresh cause your not done /your not on time with app order. No matter I go to my to get my hungry on. I get my order and see the discuss and was slightly disappointed (thinking it was their error). "Not matter " I say to self and took a bite. This burger slapped me so hard especially with the cheese discus. I also got a side of pancakes. Overall a great experience. Food was decent just the big bunch w/ grill chicken stood out. Sorry no pictures.

This IHOP provides a solid, if unremarkable, dining experience. The food quality was good and our server was attentive throughout the meal. However, cleanliness fell short - our table was still dirty upon arrival. With the host nowhere to be found, we had to use personal wet wipes to clean it ourselves. Despite this frustrating start, the attentive service and decent food made for an overall average visit. With some attention to detailing table cleanliness, this location could improve the overall perception of the guest experience.

The worst ihop that we've been to. I got there, take 10 minutes for the server to take my order, wait over 50 minutes which is the restaurant wasn't really busy. The customers of 4 hasn't get any of their food. I approached the server, she said within 2 minutes. I even put a timer, 2 minutes go and put another 2 minutes but the food is no where near coming out. I asked for a check to pay what we drank, they didn't bring my check. My family and other families finally left the restaurant. I forgot to take my car key since leaving very upset and hungry, my daughter came back to grab the keys, and the server was holding my key. We have a witness other customer who saw us, requested the server to give the key to my daughter. I would never come back
