This place is such a hidden gem! I took my parents (92&87) for my Mom's Birthday. We were greeted with a big smile and "Hello" from Sam as soon as we arrived. To say that he took care of us is an understatement! He made my Mom feel so special and gave us such wonderful recommendations for lunch. Now to the food! Oh. My. God! Absolutely incredible! The portions are big and the food is amazing! (I had the halibut and my parents had linguine with clams and linguine Alfredo.) So authentic and delicious! I can honestly say it's in my top 2 restaurants in Colorado! Give it a try for lunch or dinner... You'll love it!!

My parents and I went here last night and the list of things I could say about this place are endless! Sam and Ignazio were delights, truly special and remarkable people in this world! They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating to our needs but they would go above and beyond. My mom and I received beautiful roses, the food was delicious! GET THE OSSOBUCCO! The restaurant is clean and inviting and feels like a home kitchen full of fun and love and you can taste it in the food. The people here care about you, they make you feel like family and without a doubt, you'll be leaving with a full tummy and an eagerness to come back just for the hospitality and dreaming of your next bite!

We ordered the Tuesday special to go. $12 for pasta choice, Caesar salad and garlic knots. What a deal! The pomodoro and pesto dishes were tasty and fresh. But we were missing one salad, which was a bummer because the Caesar salad is so yummy. Would recommend and will be back.

Decided to try, Ignazio's was close to our hotel in Lakewood. Service was FANTASTIC! We ordered the arancini balls for our appetizer and a large (18") pepperoni pizza. Arancini balls were delicious! Served piping hot and with a delicious marinara sauce. The pizza was good! Crust was a bit crunchy for my taste, but I'm a NY girl and I love folding my pizza when eating.... don't try this here! lol. The restaurant was packed by 5:30pm, so word is out about how good they are. Lots of menu options. The decor was very Italian, smelled amazing and was very clean. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Found myself in the Denver area unexpectedly as a result of the airline software snafu and needed to stay a day or two. Found this place when I tired of fast food, and it was delicious. I ordered the Halibut Puttanesca special (reasonably priced at $30 for such a large portion). It was so good I had to sop up all the sauce with the incredible rolls! Host/server was super friendly and very attentive. It's a small space in a strip mall with an old school Italian decor vibe. Think gritty NYC with food just as good. They do a brisk takeout business, and the pizza looked amazing as well. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular.

When I think of a neighborhood Italian restaurant, this is it. My new favorite Italian restaurant in the Denver metro area!Loved everything about my dining experience here! From the moment I walked in! Our server Paul was obviously a professional waiter. (I love great service!) I ordered the penne Rustica. Full of flavor with Chicken, sausage,peppers, and onions. So delicious! My meal came with what I can described as very fresh baked garlic knots! Finish my meal with one of my favorites, cannoli! So good! So fresh! As I was finishing my meal, the owner Ignacio came by to check on me and introduce himself.he's the real deal! From Sicily! What a lovely man.! I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.!

Absolutely delicious and excellent service. The portions were huge, homemade garlic rolls, the marinara was to die for, pizza was fantastic and the halibut melted in your mouth. Our waiter gave my grandkids gifts

Nice small restaurant with good, friendly service. We were warmly greeted as we entered. We had the calamari as an appetizer. It was good, but a little chewy. Our pizza was very good. The crust was light and crunchy--very nice. Would definitely come back.

Very disappointing. We don't write reviews very often but felt compelled to write one here. We tried to dine here but there were so many flys that we kept needing to swat away from our food that we had to leave less than half way through our dinner.We like to support new, small businesses but we won't be going back.

Food was outstanding!!! Service was great and super funny. Definitely will be back. Penne Rustic, Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan were all top shelf.
