We had a large party of about 7 people and it was AMAZING! We ordered family style and got tons of appetizers and entrees to share. All perfectly plated and came out steaming hot in courses. The Khmer dishes always taste best with friends! LOVE that they still have the giant lazy susan spinners on the tables. The restarant is small with some decor but is not over the top. There is plenty of room between tables so you can enjoy conversation without worrying too much about bothering your neighbors with chatter. Staff are friendly and checked on us the perfect amount of times. Now, the food is THE BEST PART! I especially loved the papaya salad with not just fermented fish/shellfish but you even got little pieces of whole crab shell to suck and chew on! We got several yummy nuggets of crab legs to enjoy. The fried quails were crispy and seasoned well with tons of meat on them. Really loved the soup (we asked for it extra sour and they delivered)! The beef dishes were super juicy and their richness contrasted with the fresh, crisp vegetable perfectly.I am excited to go here again! I may try take out in the future cause I keep dreaming of the appetizers and fun time we had.

Great restaurant for some Cambodian food! I came here with my family for Father's Day and we very much enjoyed our meal. I really wanted to order the Bone Soup but they were all sold out since it was so popular! You cannot go wrong with anything that you order from here. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The inside was clean and decently sized for a restaurant in South Philly. I would recommend going here if you're ever in South Philly and want some authentic Cambodian food! Remember to always support your locals and small businesses!!!!

I usually order to go when I want my authentic Khmer food fix. My take out is usually ready within 30 minutes. The quality is great and the flavors are always consistent. It's a small business establishment but they're usually pretty professional and friendly.

I think I Heart Cambodia has some solid food! I got the Rice Noodle Soup with Pork, which hit the spot for me. I think I particularly enjoyed it because I was pretty hungry and was craving something soupy. I think objectively it's pretty decent, though nothing phenomenal.

Came on a Friday evening and to my surprise no one was in there. Actually, there was another person and he was the server and chef. He went back and forth between taking phone orders and back to the kitchen, poor guy. Anyways, we were still open minded and wanted to give this place a try. We decided to order summer rolls, spring rolls, beef and meatballs noodle soup, and beef fried noodles. I was a bit surprised at how fast each food came out - not that i was complaining bc i was hungry af. Anyways, here's the breakdownSummer rolls: he made it fresh and added pork belly and shrimp. I wished he didn't add cucumbers on it bc it didn't go well imo. The pork belly had a bit of a smell and i didn't like that. The sauce that went with it was good.Spring rolls: they were as thin as my fingers. Not a fan.Beef and meatballs soup: NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER. It was so flavorful and steaming hot. I actually will go back just for this.Beef fried noodles: had a nice color but wished he put more umph into it. The beef could've been more tender.Overall, 6.75/10.

3.5 stars -Arrived at 10:30am and there were 1-2 tables already there. My Cambodian friends always visit here when they come to Philly so I came for a try. Things I ordered:Bone soup $8.95 - literally just bone with some meat and soup. The soup is so flavorful. I saw other people order it too so I wanted to try it. It is not on the menu, you have to just ask for bone soup. If I come here again, I would definitely order this.Papaya salad $8.95 - different than the Thai salad. I like this one more. It tastes more like tamarind and each bite is cooling and very flavorful. This and the bone soup was probably the top things I liked from our orderChicken mi ka tang $9.95 - rice noodle with chicken and sauce. There is no wok hay at all. The noodles seem like they were doused in sauce and cooked pretty quickly. The chicken was soft, tender, and tasty. But I would not order this again. Not bad, but had better elsewhere.Fried dough $2.50/roll - we didn't intend to order this but the waitress was like "want fried dough?" And I said "ok" so we ended up with two fried doughs. I would just order 1 next time just to taste. The dough is very very crispy but it was so oily. The bottom of the basket that held the friend dough had a puddle of oil. Probably wouldn't get this again, unless if I maybe ordered congee or something. Rice noodle soup with beef and meatball (#1) $8.95 - saw the neighboring table order 1 of this per person so we ordered one to try. Soup is the same as that in the bone soup. Noodle and everything else was standard. The meatballs are not made in-house (saw the delivery guy). The broth was really good.Affordable prices. It's located in South Philadelphia in a small Southeast Asian/Cambodian town. Not the safest neighborhood in the streets surrounding the area, but not the worst. I parked a few streets away and found parking pretty easily. A few southeast Asian grocery stores with imported products which is hard to find elsewhere (even in nyc) so I would def go take a look at those stores.

Pretty good soups!I have only ordered delivery from here before but I like everything I've tried over multiple orders. For a while I ordered a lot of similar dishes from similar sounding restaurants and they all blended together a bit. I really can't keep them all straight in my head since all I'm seeing is a name on a delivery app without picturing the restaurants themselves. But I heart Cambodia has been a true standout that I keep going back to. Everything is very flavorful! The soups are my favorite. There is actually gelatinous richness in the beef stew. The meat wasn't just boiled unseasoned and dropped into some instant powder broth like other places we've tried. Really great breakfast soup (phnom Penh rice Noodle) which is pretty much the same thing as the Hu tieu I used to eat almost daily in Saigon. Probably my favorite thing to get here for all times of the day, but it's especially light enough for an early lunch /late breakfast without skimping on flavor.I also love snacking in the quail but it might be a little over-cured for some people's preferences. Over multiple orders I have also tried a couple of stir fries, dips, and random appetizers here and there too and everything has been seasoned unapologetically and ingredients are treated with care. Everything has been consistently good and consistency is always a huge plus in my book. The only thing I don't love is the repeated retroactive fees they add on top of all the fees I already pay for delivery. I know what I'm signing up for in terms of paying a premium for delivery but I wish they'd be more up front about it.But at the end of the day the food is that good so I don't really care. Esp now that I expect it at this point.

Been going here for a few years now ever since my mom introduced me this place. There is only a few thing I've gotten here that I can vouch for and likely continue to be my go to order when I'm here. Papaya salad - filled with lots of flavors and fresh. Shredded papaya, tomatoes, string beans , loads of chilies, and tiny fermented crab. Careful though, it is pretty spicy so if you prefer not to have it so spicy please let them know. Must get appetizer. Fish Soup (congee) - my absolute favorite dish here to eat for breakfast/lunch. The soup is very flavorful and filled with a good portion of fish, bean sprouts, and garlic oil. Don't forget to get an order of fried dough with it too. This is the reason I keep coming back here to eat. This is a must try.
