My grandma had been craving Masala Dosa so we decided to give Hyderabad House a try. We came in at 6:30 on a Tuesday night so there were some tables but it wasnt packed (it did fill up later on though). This is a no-frills experience, not fancy at all. No music. Not a whole lot of decor. Just good food. Our server was friendly and attentive, he took our order very quickly and it also came out after not too long. Even with a considerable amount of to-go orders, I was impressed by the speed. The first thing to come out was the malai kebab, I thought this was pretty good but not as flavorful as it could have been. Then the dosas came. I ordered a masala dosa and it was delicious. All the chutneys and sambar that came on the side were good as well. It was crispy and spicy. My sister got the chicken tikka dosa and I thought it was delicious as well. We also ordered a goat fry biryani to go and that was good as well. Overall I recommend Hyderabad House for a fix of masala dosa or biryani. I think they could afford to decorate the place a little more, reupholster the chairs and just make it look nicer. But the food and service was great.

I love the food here. It's delicious, with decent sized portions, and not too expensive. The service can be a little aloof, but is always friendly.There is no ambiance, but the food more than makes up for it.

I do not like to leave negative reviews, but sometimes it is necessary to communicate an issue that could have been handled differently so they do not upset another customer in the future. Ordered pickup through DoorDash, was excited to try a new Indian place near my new office.Got a call from the restaurant saying they did not have the main entree in my order (vegetable biryani) and their was a language barrier so I guess there was a miscommunication in the end, but it seemed as if they would be replacing it with another vegetarian biryani and I said that is fine. The guy said "ok" and hung up a little fast. A couple minutes later I get a notification that my order has been canceled. Unfortunately that was not communicated with me in the call and I was not expecting it. This should have been told to me while I was on the phone with them and it would have been understood and I could of ordered something else, but they didn't give me that opportunity or option. I love Indian food, but unfortunately the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend.

Done Thai, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, BBQ...all represented in the massive strip mall on Sawdust East of I-45....but,Needed to try Briyani! Ordered the staple, Chicken "Briyani" Middle Persian for "Rice-A-Roni," is certainly more than a San Francisco Treat.Excellent service guided me to the perfect level of spiciness and explained chicken could come with or without bones. I trusted the good chef, and ordered without. Superb, but be forewarned, one order easily feeds two.Why one star missing? Atmosphere. It's as if owners have consciously removed everything that could possibly distract you from gorging yourself.

Hyderabad House is a great Pakistani / Jndian food option in Spring. The food is consistently tasty, especially their fish and chicken. I've tried several dishes and they don't disappoint! They have Hakka noodles on certain days, which are definitely worth trying!

Crispy Masala Pepper Corn - $11.00 - 5/5Spicy and tangy deep fried corn kernels with an herby sauce. It's super crunchy and full of flavor. I can't stop eating this. If you do get this to go, it will get soggy, but still worth getting because the flavor is good.Chicken 65 - $13.00 - 5/5Best Chicken 65 appetizer in the area. Got good heat, tons of great flavor, and the chicken is super juicy and not overcooked. Amazing.Chicken Dum Biryani - $13.00 - 5/5Tons of biryani with a good amount of chicken. Biryani has a hidden spice that creeps up on you so beware.Naan - 3/5Super dry and lacks butter/garlic flavor. It could be that the butter/garlic flavor is the Americanized version, and if so, I apologize for my ignorance.Other:The restaurant is a bit dirty and the food does take some time to arrive. Despite these things, I believe it's worth it! I've had other things here as well, and most everything has been pretty good with the goat and fish dishes. However, the above mentioned items are my favorites and they are what keeps me coming back.

Worst customer service ever! Thought butter chicken came with rice....he brought to table and said: it only comes with naan or rice. I explained i usually have both and he just said no! Could have atleast asked if I wanted to pay extra for some..... but, no!

We ordered for delivery to home. We got chicken biriyani, paneer butter masala, chicken 65 and chili chicken. Both the chili chicken and chicken 65 were great and they did not hold back on the spice. I'm indian and this tasted like an indian made this for Indians. My only complaint is the chicken biriyani had hardly any chicken in it. You would need a microscope to see the chicken. The rice with the curry sauce was good though. Lucky our side dishes had chicken so we were satisfied. If you order take him chicken biriyani get a chicken side dish so you can get your chicken fix.
