Poor customer service.The same group used to own the pack and ship that was here and that's how treat customers.You're better off with Starbucks, Dunkin, or BLVD in downtown Clayton.

It was just okay. I asked for my egg to be fried hard but was given what looked like a precooked egg. I wasn't a fan of the cheese selection. That's my fault I should have asked. The hash browns were just okay as well. If you're in a hurry and want to opt out of the typical fast food, this place would do. The services wasn't the friendliest as well. I gave it a pass though because it is early. The bologna was a good portion and would have been delicious if it was well done as requested.

I came to this place since I was craving ice cream and was by Harris tetter. This place has different tiles of coffee selections, smoothies, and shakes. They also have sandwiches and bake goods. The staff are friendly and service if great. I love the pineapple mango smoothie is my favorite.

Love this place! The inside is very organized and tidy, and I love how they have their fresh bakery items on display by the register so you can actually see what you're ordering/paying for. The ice cream and food (especially the bagels) are amazing and their coffees are top tier! I especially enjoy the Snickers latte. Service is always great; kind staff, food/drinks come out fast.

Better than Starbucks!!!!We've eaten here a few times and the food is good. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially with how much everything has increased in price. But the star of this show is their coffee bar. We got some breakfast, a raspberry white mocha, and an iced caramel macchiato. The drinks had a cleaner flavor than Starbucks and they don't cheat you by overloading the ice! I got a small and it had as much, if not more drink in it than a large at Starbucks (I know that's not what they call it). If you are in the area, I highly recommend coming here before going to the other place..

My favorite spot for a smoothie or ice cream. I cant speak enough about just how godo the smoothies are. They also have pastries and sandwiches. I've tried a few and have enjoyed them. If you're in the area and want a quick bite or snack, please visit Hwy 42 Cafe

I come here every time in town since they used to make the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had only to discover yesterday that they stopped serving it. I'm pretty disappointed since most restaurants don't even serve chicken salad, so I don't have too many options. I decided to try the grilled chicken avocado wrap and it was pretty good, but not nearly as good as the chicken salad sandwich was. Every time I come I always get the sweet cream cold brew and it's always spectacular. I highly recommend the chocolate muffin and chocolate donuts as well. I'll keep coming here, but I really wish they never removed my favorite sandwich!

I just went to Hwy 42 Cafe for the first and last time. The only bread choices are bagels, croissants and Texas toast. I paid 50 cents for extra capers and got a total of 15 capers. I also bought a slice of cheesecake, which I haven't been able to try yet because it's frozen. The lady who helped me said it would be even better heated up a bit. I guess that makes sense because it's frozen.Just a horrible place

Great fresh food and staff is always pleasant! Try the everything bagel with smoked salmon!
