Hunan Garden Express

Wonderful customer service! Had a wonderful conversation and enjoyed the food. Newer to the area and this is the best Chinese food that I have tried in Kingwood by far!

Been going to the regular Hunan Gardens for 19 years, they moved to 59 and still went. So happy went they did a Express Only in the original center for take out only...TAKE OUT ONLY...looked at the charge to see I was charged without being notified for a $1.00 take out fee...when all you do is take out!Be greedy..... no more tip!

Terrible service. Food is mediocre. They took our order wrong. We did not get what we ordered. When we called, the man who spoke to my husband was so rude. I read other reviews about this man being rude. Will never return.

Saddened when Hunan Gardens left Kingwood. But so very happy Hunan Garden Express is here in Kingwood located in the Old HEB Center. Tonight we ordered chips and sauces, Won Ton Soup, Hot and Sour Soup, House Special Fried Rice and General Tao's Chicken and Egg Rolls. The chips were fresh and crispy, sauces sweet and mustard spicy. The Won Ton Soup was robust in chickeny broth, well stuffed won tons and lovely green onion flavor and aroma. Hot and Sour soup had a lovely velvetty texture, full of mushrooms and water chestnut sticks, and deep Unami flavor. The House Special Fried Rice was full of veggies, shrimp and chicken, well seasoned. And finally the General Tao's Chicken was tender, crispy crust and lovely sauce. Welcome Back! You were missed!!

Do not order from this place. You will be disappointed and they do not make it right at all. The wontons were stale, they gave no sauce for the lettuce wraps which was dried meat and the special wonton soup was not good at all. My husband and I were very disappointed and won't go back here. What a waste of money, gas and time!!

Our family absolutely loves Hunan Garden. We have been eating here for takeout for 12+ years.
