What a lovely independent bakery with a large selection of cookies and cupcakes for walk in guests. Very friendly service, great prices and YUMMMM on the cupcakes!!!!! They were a big hit at the event!Highly recommend supporting this local small business!

They make beautiful cakes and are great tasting too! I have attended 2 parties and my friend ordered both cakes from this bakery. I wish they have a Sugar Land location so I can start getting the cakes from them too.

First birthday cake for my little prince baby! This cake was beyond my expectations! Absolutely PERFECT!!

I've ordered two cakes from here within the last month. Both cakes have looked exactly like the picture I sent them. Prices are also extremely reasonable. Due to COVID they have been taking payments over the phone and doing curbside pickup. Curbside has been extremely convenient when I have the little ones in the car with me.

I heard about this bakery from a party planner that said it was one of the best she's ever tasted. I drove over an hour to try the cupcakes and cookies and was not disappointed! The cupcakes were fresh, flavorful and fluffy moist. The cookies were so delicious and beautiffully decorated I decided to order a few dozen for my baby's birthday. I've used them for two years and people always ask who made the amazing cookies and I'm happy to recommend them!

Thank you for a PERFECT cake. I wanted a Mickey cake for our anniversary as we went to Disney world for our honeymoon and would go for our anniversary. I got intouch with Nicole at hummingbird and they did an amazing job. The design of the cake was just what I wanted .The cake was moist and icing perfect not tooSweet just right. Thank you all for a terrific cake.

I really did not want to write this review, however my experience here and the cakes I bought were absolutely awful. The day before my boyfriends birthday, I needed a cake - he was in between lemon cake with lemon icing and chocolate cake with chocolate icing. So I called Hummingbird Bakery because I have heard about and drove past there place several times. I spoke with the owner and told her what I was looking for. She said she had made a lemon cake and a chocolate cake that morning, and neither had icing on them yet. I told her I would take both of them since my boyfriend was in between.I simply asked her to put a LAYER of lemon icing on the lemon cake and chocolate icing on the chocolate cake, then to put ON THE CAKE two different sayings. She said okay, I paid over the phone, and said I'd be in to pick them up by 2:45pm. Also, I would like to mention, she was not very friendly during the conversation as is. When I got there and saw the cakes, I was not happy by the appearance of them. The first employee I talked to was rude when I asked her about why there was so much icing, why was the decoration this way, and why the sayings were on the cake board VS cake itself. She said 9/10 times they do not write on the cake and they write on the board instead. I told her how I called this morning to order these cakes and what I asked for, she then walked away rudely to grab the owner whom I talked to over the phone. The owner was not kind either about the situation and told me she didn't remember me asking for a layer or the saying to be written on the cake -- she even told me I did not say that?!?! After going back and forth, her not even offering to fix it or give me a refund, I left with the cakes in hopes they would taste better than they looked. The next day, when we tried both cakes -- everyone who tried them agreed we could make boxed cakes better than these. Overall, I will not be coming back here as well as other family & friends who have given business to Hummingbird Bakery. The customer service and cakes made here are both horrible.

I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my cousin's bridal shower. They were absolutely adorable and delicious! Everyone enjoyed them. I highly recommend ordering from Hummingbird Bakery for your event!

My sister in law and I needed to have a cake made for my brother-in-law's 80th birthday and hummingbird bakery came through the service was excellent. The cake was delicious we would definitely use them again.
