I couldn't even eat them and for $1.50 not worth getting sick over and in the trash They went! I will never go back there again, oh and also I asked for taco sauce looked before driving off none in the bag so I politely asked for taco sauce once I got her attention she hands me three packets one in Whicjwas opened or another opened and had leaked all over so gross, I pulled up and threw it in their drive thru trash can."

Aracely's is one of those many, many gems.I go to the gym on the Northside (especially for Cardio), right along Airline, and when I do Cardio, I don't have to eat a bunch of grilled chicken (as I do when I lift), which means I can get some tasty bad-for-you snacks afterwards to ruin my workout.I've been discovering mesmerizing and heavenly taco trucks and secret spots in this area, the best of which are Taconazo truck on Fulton, Presitas truck on Irvington, Matehuala truck also Irvington, Tacos La Bala, and the mesmerizing El Dorado on Crosstimbers.Aracely's is a standalone business with order windows, you can sit outside and eat, or in your car with Air Conditioning (it's Houston). It's a poor area, an extremely Latin area, and the food around here is magical and utterly authentic for the most part.Aracely's makes wonderful five star tacos for dirt cheap prices, and you should most definitely come and give it a try at your earliest convenience. Or your second earliest convenience, if you don't feel like Mexican food today.So if your cute cats are all SmelliesAnd they lay around getting big BelliesThere's good news at lastSo get to Houston, fastAnd try cheap tacos from Aracely's!"

"So if you've been following my laundry list of foodie shenanigans, you know I highly value amazing interaction, which is why I like sitting at the bar. So today was special, I dragged my bro to the gym and after we were spent, we went for Tacos. We almost pick somewhere else, but we lucked out in a major way. The Nitty GrittyWhen we walked in it was quiet, clean, and the bar was nearly empty. I could hear the barstools beckoning us like Homer's sirens, and thus we crashed out ship upon their padded tops. Our bartender was Ashley. She was warm, welcoming, and the vibe was like when you meet that old friend you haven't seen in forever... and they just happen to be a bartender at Torchy's (no... not the free drinks kind). She hooked us up with a copy of the new secret menu (gonna say here that Tipsy Chick needs to come back). I had The Matador, and The Ace of Spades, which we came to the conclusion that when anyone orders the Ace of Spades they should sing it like Motorhead. It made the ordering so much fun. Both tacos were loaded and omg good af. You have to check out the picture. We had house Margaritas (because we earned them at the gym).All in all Ashley gave us a dining "experience" that was refreshing, kind, engaging, and all around awesome. She was the cool bean serving the awesome sauce and I will absolutely be back. I will drag Sam with me... again. Ask for Ashley. Tip her well bc she deserves it. Stay awesome."

The flour tortillas are great, and I had three different tacos and I was not disappointed. There's two small card tables to sit at, so most of the stuff is to go, ladies are nice, don't speak much English. I would definitely come back."

"Taqueria Elena looks like any typical Mexican food truck in a hotel parking lot, but the food was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable for great quality.I got a pastor quesadilla and a deshebrada (pulled pork) gordita. Both meats were tender and delicious. My favorite was the pastor because I prefer my meats a little more firm. The gordita tasted amazing and had the perfect amount of tasty refried beans. The quesadilla was cheesy and grilled to a crisp. Overall, the best authentic Mexican food truck I've been to."

It was a good decision.Very delicious and authentic taco truck located on the south side where we often come down and get some cheap deliciousness, and if you live in Houston and you try all the food you'll know that taco trucks in one of your best bets for delicious food and this one is no different. I recommend the beef (asasa aka fajita) but all of the meats served here on tacos are nothing short of delicious."

"Oh Torchy's, I was so excited to welcome you to Pearland, but you have let me down today. I'm not mad, I'm disappointed *spoken in my best motherly tone*I made a point to wait a few weeks to let the hype calm down before ordering from this location. I placed an order on the app this morning for one taco (The Wrangler, my favorite). The default order time is 15 minutes. I placed the order without any issues. About 7 minutes in, the status of the order was still in progress. Perfect. At the 15 minute mark, my order was ready. Awesome! I was going to be in and out and on my way. Well what should have been a quick stop turned into an hour ordeal. When I arrived, there were not any orders in the pick up area. There were a few people waiting. I overheard a few people say they had been waiting 20-30 minutes. I figured that they're still working out the kinks since it's a new location. I patiently waited and watched the people who were there before me finally get their orders. After about 30 minutes, I noticed people who came in after me left before me. I eventually went to the cashier to check on the order. The young lady was able to look up my order in the system and radio to the kitchen to expedite my order. In the meantime, people were picking up large orders while I was still waiting on one taco. After about another 10 minutes, I asked an employee who had just dropped off food about my order and they said they would expedite it again. A few minutes later, I asked another employee who dropped off more orders to check on it. There were some apologies about the wait, but still no taco. At some point, an employee asked me my name and said that my order showed as ready and that someone must have picked it up. I have no idea if someone took my food, if they accidentally gave my food to someone else, or if they completely dropped the ball and missed my order. All I know is that the entire time I was waiting, they never called my name and I arrived right when the order was supposed to be ready.Eventually a young man said they found the ticket and said they were making my taco. I normally don't ask for extras but I was irritated and annoyed so I asked him for some chips and queso and to speak to the manager (which I never do). The manager came out immediately and apologized. I then asked the manager for chips and queso or something extra for the hour long wait. He said yes without hesitation.When they finally brought my food out, the manager apologized again and said he refunded me. He said it should take about an hour for the refund to show, but it hasn't yet. I'm guessing it will be a day or two before I get the refund. I was happy that he did that, as I wasn't expecting it. I'm kind of annoyed that I had to ask for extra food, but I'm happy that they owned the mistake and tried to make it right. Y'all know I'm a service person. Had it not been for the service recovery, this would straight up be a 1-star review. My food was tasty (as always), but I missed a meeting waiting an hour for one taco. Torchy's, your tacos may be "damn good" but the speed of your service isn't. Fix it please, and do better."

"I recently started working in the area and I have to say it is definitely dangerous being so close to Soliz. My usual go tos are the Nash and the Darlene. I also like their Barbacoa and menudo that they have only on weekends. The tortillas are so soft and tasty. They also don't skimp on the filling. I don't know what it is as the ingredients are so simple but it's just a tasty breakfast taco! The service is also always top notch. I usually call in my order ahead of time in fear of a wait but their phone lines were down the other day (I still had to go because I already promised my coworkers Soliz so I couldn't let them down) and my food was ready in less than 10 min!"
