"So you felt scared for your life when you came here.Did you Daido?Absolutely amazing stuff here at this little Asian supermarket that a lot of people don't even know about. They have some wonderful pastries and baked items and it's actually one of my favorite little secret hidden gems around here."
"This is my new favorite crawfish spot! Their garlic butter crawfish is soo good and is only $5.99 a pound. The oysters and rice dishes are delicious too. The servers are really friendly. Will definitely continue coming here for my crawfish fix with beers because it's BYOB.FYI They also sell live crawfish and crab!"
"I don't want to do this because I don't want you people to know about how awesome L&L is year after year. I've been buying from them for about 8 years and they never fail to provide great service, great prices, and excellent bugs. But ssshhhh, keep it a secret."
"Prices are competitive and the service was quick. Good place to go for seafood wholesale."
"Recently we were able to get a sack. The crawfish were great in size and good price. They came out great when we cooked them. They had everything very organized and safe during this quarantine time."
"I saw this supermarket on my way to 99 Ranch and abruptly made the decision to check them out instead. the store just recently opened last month, so the interior was bright and clean. The produce was well organized, and there were several employees restocking the shelves as we shopped. For this week, I wanted to get ingredients to make California rolls, Banh Mi, Beef Pho, Spring Rolls, and Hot Pot, and was able to find all of the ingredients I needed here except for the French baguette for the banh mi. However, since it's right across the street from an HEB, it wasn't a major inconvenience. We also picked up some pantry items like snacks, tea, and instant ramen, and they had a really good selection of items to choose from.Overall, I'm happy to have anotrrrhueuoyroyoutoutoor Asian grocery store in the Katy area to choose from, and the prices are comparable to 99 Ranch and Hmart. Since they recently opened, the store is not super crowded right now either so it's a great spot to do some weekend shopping for the time being!"

"best crawfish around - have bought from Spanky's multiple times, sometimes a single sack, sometimes 3 sacks - they are my go to crawfish shop!"
"Went by the shrimp net on Friday to get some shrimp for Alfredo. Everyone was kind and helpful. It's a super simple place near the post office by IAH on 1960. Excellent service & I was in and out quickly. They iced the shrimp for me so I could get it home. We will return. Thanks!"
"Wait a minute...wait wait wait! I was in the area and I wanted to make turkey wings for my Sunday dinner and decided to stop at Bud's House of Meat. I switched to my tunnel vision eyeglasses because they offer more than raw meat, they offer BBQ dinners, sandwiches and baked potatoes. They remodeled the parking lot which was desperately needed, I was able to find Ebony (my ride) a nice parking spot without being to close to others where she could possibly be nick n ninged by others accidentally by other car doors. I really appreciated the fact that Bud's took that into consideration especially by their establishment being in the hood and baebaaa a Set it Off moment could happen quickly. Dang, I had to potty first and low and behold I was directed to the BBQ take out direction. Ok I go past holding my nose and determined not to look anywhere but for the restroom doors. Took care of my business and B lined it to grab a number for service. As I was B lining it, a little old lady stopped me and asked if I would hold her place in line because the takeout dinner line was long but not going quit as fast for her because she had to go to the restroom. I lied and told the lady I had an impatient husband and he was waiting on me, see if I obliged her I would have ordered me a 3 meat dinner, 3 sides and desert to go and cool aid. NOPE get behind me calories stop trying to trick me cause ya girl not falling for it! Not even for a sweet frail looking ole lady. I pull my number and 2 seconds later with all the people waiting my number was called. Ok ok, I got this so I proceeded to ask for the turkey wings, lawd have mercy "dem" turkey wing was huuuge. The guy started taking me too fast holding up several for my choice, asking me how I was going to cook them, asking me if I wanted them cut, how I wanted them cut, he cut up one asking me what size, how many I wanted, how many pounds? Defensively all I could say was "Ummmm, huu ummm welll, umm, wat I don't know, why u cut that now I have to buy it" He said no baby girl, I was just giving you an idea. So he digs at the bottom, moves some around and said how you like this one, I woman up and said yeah give me 2 like that and cut them up and there he goes again asking what size. Choices, options and decisions...I like it I like it in my Micky voice. And there it all began, I was in luv. I got summer sausage, pork chops, ground meat, turkey wings, hot boudin, spicy pork pan sausage, beef pan sausage and ham hocks. By the time I snapped outta my trance, I realized I didn't have a basket. The guy said, I'll take it up to the register for you. At the register, there I go adding some old fashion cookies to my purchases, I look up and ALL that for under $25. I'm standing there looking at my total, the cashier waiting looking at me, the meat man still smiling at me...I'm looking dumb founded because I was too afraid to ask did she charge me for everything before I hurry up and pay, dash out before she realizes she didn't ring up everything. I was honest I said, is that everything she smile and said yes.,.shoots so I add 2 more cookies packs to my bags. I pay went to grab my bag so I can skip happily with my meat to my truck. Mr. Meat guy says no ma'am, I'll take it for you. Waaaaaa, great prices, over the top customer service AND they take you bags to your car!! Hahahaheeehee! Now that's what I call GETTING A BANG for my buck!"

Daido is my current go-to when I want to grab some fresh sashimi. They have an amazing variety of choices there. Last time I was in the area, I picked up Scottish salmon, yellowtail, and amberjack. The salmon was so buttery and delicious. The yellowtail had just the right amount of fat and practically dissolved in my mouth. They also carry tons of snacks and other Japanese goods. Stop by- you won't be disappointed!Ask the cashier for a reward stamp card so you can accumulate credit toward a discount!

I have been here several times, and the crawfish is on point. Even when the crawfish was ordered togo, it still tasted fresh and seasoned. For the price, it cannot get any better than this! I also really like their prawns in the pepper salt sauce. The restaurant is new and clean, and the servers were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back. I have told my family and friends about this place, and they have all come back several times.

Went to Crawfish Nick on Louetta ( http://www.crafishnickseafoodco.com ) to pick-up 50 pounds of Crawfish for my Son to play with. He likes to play with his food ... some kids never grow up (I'll post pictures after posting review, hopefully). But that's okay, cause he knows how to prepare these Monsters ... and that they are. 'Crawfish Nick' has some Delicious Looking Monster Crawfish. They placed the 50 pounds of Live Crawfish in Big Black Bags, loaded them in my car and made sure the Ice was properly placed on the Crawfish. Everyone there were AWESOME.

This place is a gem if you live in the Katy area. There used to be another supermarket here after 99 Ranch closed down. I don't live in the area and my wife usually gets posts on FB from shoppers posting sales such as crab/lobster at a phenomenal price. My wife loaded up on pork bones here. she was like what? $0.48 for bones? literally, it's unheard of. She came back for seconds and thirds lol.The market is nice and clean and even though it takes us about 30 mins to get here, We try to stop by with a cooler so shop when we're in the area. Don't let another good supermarket in the local area close shop again and support them.

I had a very good experience ordering 50 lbs of crawfish for a party. Crawfish were fresh and 100% alive. Crawfish size was medium to large, leaning towards medium, with very few small ones. Crawfish are trucked in from Louisiana. You have to order early in the week for a weekend event. They sell by the bag only (around 30 lbs).Staff was very friendly and helpful in ordering and pick up process.
Visit Restaurant Page"the pricing here is very reasonable. only like $12 for fried rice and fish & shrimp. it's not that good tho imo."
"First found out about them from Facebook. Definitely recommend to follow their page on Facebook for updates. They tend to only open on the weekends, but for crawfish season it's been Thursday-Sunday. I totally recommend their boiled crawfish! Currently it's $6/lb boiled, with every 5lbs complimentary 1 corn & 2 potatoes. I love to get their wicked flavor (garlic butter) and add a sausage link ($2). Their crawfish boil is seasoned well! They also sell fresh seafood based on season from oysters, shrimps, blue crabs, crawfish, snow crabs, etc."
"Nice selection of seafood and the food was very mediocre but can't complain too much the price is decent."
"If you're looking to cook seafood for your friends your family or even yourself but don't want to spend $20/lb+ at a restaurant, come here. Their extensive variety of seafood will amaze you as the prices don't compare to the quality. $11.95/lb for small lobsters and crab, is a STEAL. You'll enter into a sketchy area when at night but when you arrive there will be pools of fresh seafood. From lobster, crab, shrimp, Alaskan king crab, snails, to fish, your options are endless. For 5 small lobsters I ended up paying only $75. Think about it, this is a meal for 5 ($13pp). The owner is a sweet heart, she's fluent in Vietnamese and English and can explain to you the variety if needed. This will now be my go to when getting fresh seafood."
"Awesome butcher shop. I'm so happy I found this place. Bone marrow is so hard to find, but they have it here! And great quality. I love that they can cut it anyway you desire and the pieces had quite a bit of marrow on them. I'll definitely be back to try more!"
"Seafood City is much more than a grocery store... it's Filipino heaven on earth, right here in the heart of Sugar Land. The whole market is filled to the brim with snacks from my childhood. The hot prepared food is better than most Filipino restaurants in the city. The bakery is stocked with every freshly baked Filipino carb your heart can handle. In just one day of opening, Seafood City has officially become my happy place. We are no longer limited to a 2-foot international section at the local H-E-B. Imagine aisles upon aisles of your favorite foods in every flavor imaginable: canned meats, longanisa, chicharron, biscocho, Danish cookies (or maybe sewing kits?), international sodas... Seafood City is all that and a bag of (shrimp) chips!Grill City, restaurant inside of Seafood City, offers all of the most loved Filipino dishes, such as BBQ skewers, adobo, all the pancits, lumpia, kare kare, foot-long turon, and more! And can you say FRESHLY FRIED CHICHARRON?! My heart is saying yes, but my arteries are saying no. Everything I tried at Grill City was excellent, and I never have to wait for a party at my tita's house to enjoy my favorite dishes again.Bakers Avenue offers every variety of Filipino baked good you can dream up - ensaymada, celebration cakes (like ube macupuno, and sansrival), and ALL the pan de sal. Now that I've discovered the corned beef-filled pan de sal, my life (and waistline) will never be the same. **Pro-tip: If you're buying something from the bakery, make sure to pay for it AT the bakery. Items in the bakery without a barcode cannot be purchased during grocery checkout.Hungry Filipinos and Filipi-nots (womp womp) alike will fall in love with this supermarket. Whether you're looking to expand your repertoire of canned meats, craving a piping hot Filipino bento box, or just need to replace your old tabo, Seafood City has you covered."
"I had a home project at Triple s steel down the street and decided to make a stop here. I am so glad I did. I ordered the number 12 which included one piece of fish, six oysters, french fries and a salad. That cost less than seven dollars (Jan 2022 prices with inflation!). This would have been much more at Boudreaux's and it taste much better than Boudreaux's. The fish was perfectly fried, not too greasy. The oysters are plump and tasted fresh. The only downside is the hole in the wall atmosphere, which does instill a little fear in you. However after walking past all the burglar bars you are met with good service. If this place were in town I would frequent it at least once a week because I love fried seafood. I was so impatient I finished half the meal while sitting in my car."
"I have been craving king crab legs and it's been hard to find a nice selection of crab that's not in a box or been frozen forever in the grocery store. I found the secret spot! For ever fish you are looking for including my favorite red snapper, which nobody has! The king crab legs were perfect and exactly what I was looking for!!! The store is clean, the owner is stupendous and very knowledgeable and passionate about his seafood, huge plus!! If your looking for fresh seafood, look no further! They also have fresh crab cakes which I had to grab a couple to try and a great selection of crab dips. Just try it! You won't be disappointed!"
"Wow this place is busy!!!!!! However we were in and out in 10 minutes! Bought some catfish, jumbo shrimp, squid and some live crabs! What a selection! Lots of people buying great big whole fish! I spent about $50.00 and I bought 3 lbs of catfish, 3 lbs of jumbo shrimp, about 8 live crabs, and a pound of squid for calamari. That was a bargain!"
"Excellent service and crawfish was very good quality. Will definitely come back and get other type seafood."
"I love Asian super markets for a lot of reasons, but one of my top reasons is the Chinese BBQ rice plates!!!Rumor has it that one of the siblings of Wing Kee now works the BBQ station here. This is not confirmed, so don't quote me, but I can definitely vouch for how delicious their Chinese BBQ is. I wouldn't say it's the same as Wing Kee, but it's the same caliber. I didn't experience the same earth quaking crunch of the fried pork skins, but it still has that nice crisp. Perhaps this was because I didn't eat it right away though, so I'll have to go back again purely for comparison and not because I'm craving some more now. If you go, choose the pork, duck, and char siew combination so you can have a bit of each.My wife and I were able to share one plate and be satisfied. Most of these type of rice box specials come packed with rice, so if you are trying to watch your carbs, you can ask for less rice so you don't have to waste it (or be tempted to eat the entire thing like me)."
"The food is really good for a You Buy We Fry place and it is close to work so it's a lunch time favorite for the office crew."
