Dutch Bros Coffee

I am really torn I want to like this location and perhaps they are still working out the kinks and establishing a routine; and I'm spoiled by others. The 20 minute wait in the drive through now twice both at different times of the day is painful. I rarely see anyone taking orders outside consistently in the drive thru which adds additional time to its pace as no drinks are getting pre prepped prior to pulling up. The staff is always super friendly when you do get up to the window. Fingers crossed on the timeliness of ordering a drink from the drive thru improves. I'll keep popping in as this is the most convient location from my home.

Surprised this place has 3 stars. I always come to this location during non peak hours, so my drinks always come out fast! The baristas are always super friendly and never make me feel rushed or unwelcome. I consider myself a Dutch Bros girl now(: I don't get coffee everyday, but when I do it's a good experience.

I am unsure why this place has two stars if their customer service is always amazing and their drinks are to die for. I genuinely love Dutch bros over any coffee place. I could say I am a Dutch bros girlies. My go to drink is horchata chai because it literally tastes like horchata, but if I am ever feeling adventurous I try something new and I never regret it.

Not a fan of this location wait time is forever and my golden eagle tasted like cold milk and the chai tea latte tasted just like milk. I had ordered the tropical tea and it was nasty so I sent it back. I do really like the location off the 45 so I just driver over there.

We love it here. Very sad to see it only has 3 stars. Emma and her team are always so sweet. Drinks are delicious. I love my cocomo :) the vibe is always great. Definitely be back soon. Probably today!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVICE. WAITED IN LINE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES JUST TO HAVE TO LEAVE Because I have places I need to be. Not to mention the lady taking orders and directing traffic has no idea how to do her job. I was put back two cars when I ordered first this place is absolutely terrible and I will never be returning. Nobody has time to sit and waitAll day for a fricken coffee. You people have one single job. Get it together.
