"Loved this family-run bakery in Katy. I tried the honey cake, the strawberry cream cheese kolache, and the spinach kolache. Everything was delicious! The honey cake was my favorite! It was not too sweet, and the layers of cake and cream were perfect. It didn't feel heavy, and I honestly could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting. The kolaches were so fresh. The cream cheese was homemade and paired well with the strawberries. Also kolaches are half off after 4 pm!Can't wait to come back and try more cakes and pastries."

I was only planning on one cupcake, but since I was with my sister, we ended up getting 4 for $15. They had quite a bit of flavors to choose from. I went for churro and strawberry shortcake while my sister went for tres leches and strawberry. They also had interesting decor inside like an inflatable alien haha and other goods like dehydrated candy ("space candy") and Indian savory snacks like Kurkure!My sister thought the cupcakes had a great, moist texture, but were lacking in flavor profile (she had tres leches and strawberry), further commenting that they would be perfect for a child but leave an adult yearning for more - lol!I felt around the same. The frosting amount was great but the cake was on the "boring" side for me. The guy working behind the counter was super nice and friendly. Glad I finally paid a visit!"

"I've never been to a panaderia before nor have I ever even tried a Mexican pastry, but I've always been intrigued. I noticed this little place in my neighborhood and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did. There was a wide assortment of breads and pastries that you can pick out with a pair of tongs and place on the available metal trays. Everything looked freshly made. I ended up buying four different sweets, an empanada cajeta, which from what I understand is a goat milk caramel empanada, a chocolate concha, which is a conch shaped bread, some kind of pineapple Danish and another bread that I don't know the name of. Everything was delicious. Again, this was only my first time trying Mexican pastries so I'm not sure how they would compare to similar products from other places. However, they tasted fresh and most importantly to me, they were not overly sweet. The chocolate concha didn't really taste like chocolate but it wasn't a big deal to me. I would definitely visit again to try some of their other offerings."

She was turning 2 and loves cupcakes like I love tacos. YELP pulled up this place which is near where I live and they can do to-go orders same or next day. So I called them and put in an order of a dozen cupcakes. They had 6 flavors available (classic white, white chocolate raspberry, peppermint chocolate, regular chocolate, cinnamon, and gingerbread) so we went with two of each. Stopping in the next day, I picked up my order and while adding a trio of cookie sandwiches (snickerdoodle, sugar w/ vanilla, and chocolate chip peanut butter) and a floral glitter candle (cause 2 year olds like those candles).My niece was very happy with her cupcake as we gave her the peppermint chocolate (I think), she devoured the frosting first before eating the cake itself which indicates she loved it. My family and I enjoyed the remaining cupcakes although we had difficulty telling which was which. Might be good to label them upon packing them since I'm not a cupcake expert except for the tasting part. Additionally, the cookie sandwiches were amazing. Since I purchased them, I called dibs on the chocolate chip peanut butter; knew I picked the right one after my first bite with the choco/pb flavors of the cream and the softness of the cookie. My sister and her husband ate the remaining snickerdoodle and sugar w/vanilla which they enjoyed although they wished they had what I had. Too bad, mine was delicious and I wasn't gonna share!Support your local mom/pop shops such as this one as Becca does cakes/cookies/sweets amazingly!"

I tried a few other flavors in slices but ultimately the green tea flavor is the best. I can eat a ridiculous amount of these but invited my coworkers over to share the calories. Everyone was satisfied and left happy. Once again, lady m didn't disappoint. As for the ordering process, they store full cakes and single slices on display and even made one on the spot to order! That's something new for me. I was trying to order it the night prior but it said everything was sold out. Also that you wouldn't get it until 2 days later. Point is - don't panic. Just go to the store and they most likely have it. Some of the slices were a tad sweeter than I preferred or maybe I'm just bias to green tea."
