"I have been a regular costumer of Vape City since I moved here about a year ago. I went last Friday after I got off of work (about 2 am) and I was denied service because the employee said that he "didn't know how to read my ID" and "he refuses service and I must leave immediately". Mind you, I am a woman in my 30's and I handed him a government issued ID. It was very embarrassing and when I asked why he raised his voice and just demanded I leave. I have no idea what I did wrong or why I have been refused service but I will make sure that I do not return because I fear this man. I hope that in the future that your employees are trained to simply read a drivers license."

"If I can rate 0 starts I would. This place is a shit show and the employees don't know shit, especially about their own store policy. I bought a vape to return along with the flavor to use for the vape. Before I left the store the employee set up the vape for me and showed me how to enter the flavor. All great. However, the vape was not what I expected. Very hard & no matter what number setting I placed it on.. it was very harsh to smoke. So I came the next day to return, just to find out the store doesn't do returns. Which I I understood and accepted their return policy. I was told I can exchange for anything in the store, but I didn't know what I wanted at that time. I just told them I'll come back& was told that was okay as long as within 60 days. I come back & an employee that was there didn't know the policy, and said he needed to call the manager to call and get it approved. He was never able to get in touch with anyone (which makes no sense because this store is 24:7, so what does the employee do in case of an emergency?) but anywho, was told to come back because he didn't get the approval he needed. I said no problem& came back two days later. When I came back it was ANOTHER employee who didn't know how to do an exchange. She then had to call someone & I was told I cant even exchange because "there is nothing wrong with the product" lmao. She then called someone else who said I can exchange the vape just not the flavor. Which makes 0 sense. If I'm allowed to exchange a vape that has been used, why can't I exchange the flavor that I never touched? It was a $20 flavor that was opened by the employee to set up my vape. It was still full and clearly untouched. I then had to talk to a manger who still didn't approve to exchange the flavor & his reasoning was it's in the policy AND they can RESELL the vape but can't resell the flavor because it could be contaminated.... But you can take my USED vape that my mouth has clearly been on lol. Disgusting. The "policy" is posted nowhere nor does any employees explain the policy. So you're pretty much just stuck with whatever you buy, so my only advice would be to make sure it's a 100% true purchase for yourself because you'll get hell trying to exchange anything. I was def excited about this new place directly by my house, but not anymore. The customer service is horrible. I'll just continue going where I normally go. Thanks but no thanks. I can understand you not being able to sell the flavor again, but really? That's a $20 loss for your store. You could have damaged that product out. But that goes go show this place is money hungry and just want your money. Not to mention this place is expensive... $7 for 1 small hookah flavor. But that's a topic for another day. Haha"

This store is very over priced. They tried to charge me over $30 on the juice that is normally $20 and then got upset that I didn't want to buy it after I found out the price.

It's Prices Are Outrageous & Then The Product Selection Is Limited Per Location Also The Staff Either Don't Know The Products They Sell Or Don't Even Vape Or Use The Products. Loved this shop went in on vacation looking for flower and Elliot helped me choose the best option available! Super good UNBEATABLE PRICES FOR REAL! I have 0 clue what rhymes r in the review section is talking about buddy probably never smoked a day in his life and MEANT to choose cbd but got delta 8 and he was fried but best flower best delta 8 best prices RECOMMEND TO ANYONE VACATIONING HOUSTON! Picked up 6 pre rolls and 7gs LOVED ALL OF IT! They gave me a deal too on top of that.

Bought a Lush Ice puff bar from here and it was burnt. I told the person working and he smelt it. It was obviously burnt because it smelled nothing like the flavor and smelled like burnt toast. He told me it was my taste buds that were messed up and said he couldn't do anything unless it wasn't working. MY TASTE BUDS ARE MESSED UP... MY TASTE BUDS! Anyone know a good doctor anywhere around here?

Crystal (sp?) was a great help in giving us information about how the establishment hand rolls their own cigars and the membership options they had available. The lounge area is very well appointed with several games such as a craps table, darts, several TVs and snacks. There is also BlackHouse's own house blend of coffee available and some wines. Membership is $50/month and an option to purchase a locker is available as well. If you are in the area and are an avid cigar smoker, this is the place for you!"
