I was looking for the two dishes I tried--Asian BBQ Char Siu Ramen and karaage, one random night and decided to give this place a shot and it was well worth it. The brothless ramen was so good and the karaage was exactly what I needed.

Today was my treat yourself day and I was on the quest for something familiar but at a new spot, which led me to try ramen but with gluten free noodles.I came at lunch so service wasn't too bad. However, there 1 one front house staff, 1 cook, and 1 person I guess bringing out the food. My wait time was longer than I expected being that the restaurant wasn't crowded but I could also chalk that up to being hungry and impatient. The vibes of the restaurant were nice and with nice views. After a thorough review of the menu, I came for ramen so I wanted to try the ramen, but with gluten free noodles of course. The curry seafood ramen is very flavorful! Everything I imagined so I highly recommend. However, the noodles were bland and for the cost of the dish, I did not appreciate the fact I got 3 jumbo shrimp and 3 mussels. Overall, I would recommend but if you need gluten free, I do not recommend the noodles. If you have a good gluten free ramen place, please inbox me :)

Stumbled upon this place as I was actually planning on dining at a nearby spot that was too packed. Lucky me, Hotto Hotto was right next door! It was a super hot day so we initially didn't plan on eating here simply because of the weather, and being on the hunt for what we considered "refreshing". Well, we got that and more by choosing to dine here instead. There were only a few others in the restaurant when we visited one Sunday afternoon, but I loved how they had the windows and doors opened, allowing the sunshine to flow in. (Also the flies, but that's life lol) We were quickly seated and I chose a table in the corner with the sun. (I wanted lunch al fresco but with ac).Our waitress was super patient and even told me her personal faves when I couldn't figure out what I wanted because everything sounded really delicious or too hot for me on that day. My partner opted for a big bowl of ramen (on that hot af day, omg) and I went for the brothless shaved ribeye ramen as recommended by our waitress. Our food came out in minutes, but was obviously fresh so major love to the kitchen. I feel like before I could look up, his ramen was gone so I'm going to say that he enjoyed. My dish was delicious! The ribeye was so flavorful, with hints of sweet and savory all in one. The cucumbers were a refreshing pairing and the noodles were on point. I think I could have only wished to have some spicy sauce on it, but I always want some extra spice. The portion was so generous as well, I'm absolutely returning to have another bowl!

First time. First impression.Nice looking place with indoor and outdoor options. It wasn't a great day so we chose to hang inside. No menu, you have to scroll on your phone through a very long menu, I hate that $#!+!!! I didn't come to a restaurant to play on my phone. Our server was pleasant but kept hanging out in the back so she was never available when we wanted her.Asian Sesame Coleslaw: very goodSeaweed Salad: excellent!Vegan Pot Stickers: nothing spectacular but they hit the spotLimoncello Cake: to die for!We have returned since.

We waited over 15 minutes before my husband asked if we should sit ourselves. We waited 45 minutes for water and decided to walk out before other restaurants closed in 50 minutes. Very bad service. We had a hungry child with us. Our water cup came out dirty with particles floating inside of them. We've been looking forward to trying this restaurant and we were very disappointed.

Phenomenal experience. Came with a group of 3 on Saturday afternoon and were able to be seated right away. Our server Cici was friendly and helpful. they helped me decide on the pork belly fried rice and it was extraordinary. I could barely put my fork down! Great flavors and portion size. I also tried my friends chicken dumplings and they were great as well. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options too

So lean in... I have a confession... Hubby and I ate HOTTO HOTTO two days in a row. Yesterday I was feeling like I needed some comfort food. We ordered take out from here. Today after cycling I was in need of something great and we ended up back here. Service is always top tier. Our waiter was super nice and helpful. He made suggestions and was attentive. The atmosphere was bright and a bit noisy... but not loud enough to interfere with conversation. The food was fresh and came out quickly. I got shrimp fried rice... and my hubby got chicken fried rice. The portions were large and super flavorful. I HIGHLY recommend... and definitely will be back. Parking is available road side or in a small lot on the side. Do your tastebuds a favor and check 'em out!

Walked in to a pretty empty restaurant around noon. Maybe 1 or 2 families were finishing up. Sat at the bar. The bartender brought us water and directed us to the QR code menus. We told her we'd probably just enjoy water first then notify her if we wanted anything else. No one else had more than water on their tables... Maybe 10-15 minutes later the owner asks us if we intend to buy anything, otherwise he will have to ask us to leave while holding aggressive eye contact... his reasoning "Would you go into a Starbucks and sit without ordering anything?" (Haughty comparison considering that Starbucks is at a record high loss in the market due to their recent stances; regardless, I got my Doctorate from sitting in a Starbucks and studying for hours before I decided to order anything). Business owners of Grant Park have never been so pressed to *rush* and or *intimidate* me into spending money with them. First time there and I didn't even get to try the food for the business to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
