Delicious beautifully presented food. You don't have to be vegetarian to choose Hoser's.

This was such a great restaurant to stumble upon. I had never been into the Market at the Fairway and while I saw a variety of restaurant options, I had to patron a veg place bc I can eat everything!Sure I wanted the whole menu, so I settled on the Pinocchio Cheesesteak (since I never get to eat the real Philly kind). When I picked up my plate, the first thing I said was, wow, this chef truly believes in his food. It was beautiful AND delicious to boot!!I'll be back, there's so much I want to try

Grabbed this tasty grub to-go and I knew I was in for a treat when I saw the hearty pieces of hen of the woods. Fried mushroom sandwiches done right are so darn satisfying and this had the perfect balance of heat from buffalo sauce/jalepenos and tang of blue cheese. I was asked if I wanted a beverage as they have kombucha. I didn't originally plan on it, but grabbed the elderberry and it was a real compliment and probably helped my stomach process the heat. Will definitely be back. Forgive the crummy photo. I was too excited to stage it better.

The food is delicious, basically choose anything and you won't be disappointed! The flavors for beautifully layered into each dish.

Was in Philly to visit friends for the weekend. After a short stroll through Gernmantown, we stopped at the Market at the Fareway for lunch.Our friends recently discovered Hoser's and wanted us to try their vegetarian tacos. Because of the rotating, seasonal menu, Hoser's had a completely different offering. We ordered the French onion soup, mushroom stew, brussel sprouts, and pierogies. Everything was delicious and satisfying. The standout was the soup; it had a deep, dark, caramel flavor that was comforting against the nor'easter snow falling.Hoser's was such a delightful find with its quality food and incredible flavors. With the addition to Yelp, I hope more people discover and support this place.Not pictured: really yummy chocolate chip cookies (was too excited for dessert and gobbled it all up before I could take a snap).

Omnivore here. The flavors and textures are spot on. So glad to have this spot in the neighborhood. I've also heard great things about the weekend chefs selection served at the counter. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

This food was phenomenal! So many incredible flavors that play off each other so well. It's one of those places that makes you want to try everything on the menu. Amazing :)

Max's food is Amazing!!! Every dish is so fresh, flavorful, and original. All of the soups are delicious. The onion soup is the best I've ever had. My other favorites include the bao buns, thai curry, hen of the woods sandwich, and anything with mushrooms. Also, the cookies are wonderful. I love this place. I haven't yet done the Chef's Tasting Counter, but I definitely want to. Highly, highly recommended!!

LOVE this place! Food is fresh, creative and, most importantly, yummy! AND vegetarian! The menu for the remainder of the summer is wonderfully Mexican; in the Fall (according to the owner), there will be Mediterranean fare (hummus, falafel, etc); can't WAIT! Though we have thoroughly enjoyed the Mexican as well!P.S. be sure to follow it up with his homemade ice cream or sorbet.
