0 stars. We showed up got our drink order taken. Our waitress passed our table 5 times and did not even make eye contact with us. We waited 30 minutes to get our order taken. She never came. Left 5$ to pay for our one soda and water with lemon. Never coming back AGAIN. *** a table was sat right after us and was taken care of ***

We have for over 20 years enjoyed chicken wings here at Hooters, but have to say here recently, the flavor and the grease and greasy oil all over the chicken has gotten really bad. I'm just not sure the cooks are trained in how to cook the famous chicken wings of the past. I do hope the owner is responsible enough to pay attention to these comments!

I've visited this location while in Katy Texas. The food was amazing. It was hot and fresh. My friend and I also had a drink while we waited for our food. I ordered the buffalo shrimp and buffalo chicken wings. I'll plan to attend this location again in the future.

This location is definitely not driving the food quality like they should. The taste is subpar and they are undressing the wings, and then charging for extra sauce. The salad was old and a bit tasteless, while the nachos lacked anything resembling the exciting flavor-fullness I am used to. The positives were the beers were poured perfectly, and ice cold! The waitress was personable, and pleasant.

So we all know and have a special place in our Hearts for chicken wings and tbh... not many chains do it better than Hooters. Yeah yeah you have a couple mom and pop joints that have a special seasoning. Or specialty pricing. Or fancy blu cheese/ranch for your wings. But when it comes to the classic Hooters is where it's at. Sadly, even though this location doesn't always get the order right the food does come out promptly and tasty (usually this is after the correction is made with the amount of sauce). So in short the Star value for the food is 3.5-3.7 out of five. The two star is really for the establishment itself. In short it's filthy. Like absolutely disgusting inside. Upon quick inspections you see muted lighting. Grimy looking floors. Hand, finger, splatter on the windows and barricading partitions from the Covid days. But then...You REALLY look. There is splatter of who knows what on the ceilings. There grey/black dust/grime all over the vents. The doors for the bathroom has erosion from the many many non-dried hands pushing to exit. With this amount of mess in the front of house I do NOT dare to try to peek in the back where the fryers are. Now this is NOT intend to be a punch in the gut of Hooters by any means. This is public service announcement to whoever has the power to bring a scrub brush into this place. Please save the Hooters

Just waited 30 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Weird since the place was practically dead and i saw plenty of waitresses. Never had a bad experience here so pretty disappointed. Had to leave and go elsewhere.

Ok.Hooters in Katy again. nothing has changed. Its Friday evening, world series game number 1 fixing to start. Nobody here and food was sub par. Cold fries and had to ask for sauce for the wings!
