Hong Kong City Buffet

I see all this one star reviews and I have to say I have been coming here for years I have never been treated rudely nor had any issue with the food everything is always fresh and cleaned I'm guessing some people just like giving out bad reviews for the tiniest of stuff Jut give it a try you won't be disappointed

I've avoided this place because of a couple bad reviews but I decided to give it a shot today since it's close to my hotel. I was surprised when I walked in. It's a nice place. I was expecting limited options based on previous reviews but they have everything I could possibly want. Everything is fresh and the staff is continually brining more food out. Everything has flavor and there are zero issues with this place. Keep in mind I give it 5 stars for a cheap Chinese buffet option. My only complaint is they have TVs playing jeopardy rather loudly. The staff is great greeted immediately when I walked in the door etc etc. no issues here.

Im giving 5 stars for this type of restaurant it hits the right criteria. The food is fresh and hot, the sushi selection is great and was good. A lot of variety besides Chinese food, good table server and friendly welcome. I'm glad to see them open.

Stopped here, not by choice!There was a hair on the green beans, owner was told about it and said it comes form the fields when harvested.He had the green beans replaced with same utensils. I most definitely do not recommend this place, what was their to expect form a Chinese buffet!!

This place is amazing. The staff were attentive and and the food was delicious. The place looked and feel clean and I love how there were only 2 TVs instead of intensive amount.

Very very clean. The food was your standard Chinese buffet. It was good and satisfying. The staff is incredibly nice and attentive, they made the experience that much better. I'd definitely recommend.

Food was cold, dry, below avg. will not try again. Service took long to bring the bill and kept disappearing.

Don't come in with expectations. Best thing here is the chicken on a stick and the corn. Hope this helps.

This is a great place to eat! Friendly staff who greet you as you come in, your host seats you and brings your drinks promptly, they refill your drinks and check on you appropriately, and once you are done they clean up very quickly! The food is good! There is a variety of foods from warms to cold, desert, fruits, different salad pastas, ice cream. You have way too many options that are great. Highly recommend going.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My friends daughter (which is 8 years old) and I are still dealing with the food poisoning because I decided to eat here. The only good thing about this restaurant was my one server. I wouldn't recommend you eat here, but if you do eat at your own risk.
