Oh damn. Gluten free biscuits are so damn good. Been GF for 13 years and these are my favs, ever. Add in a GF fried chicken and GF gravy, I was in heaven. Orange juice was also fresh squeezed. I was a happy camper.

The biscuits were dry and hard. I took one to go and instead of giving me my topping on the side they just plopped it on top. So when I went to eat it all the topping was sucked onto one corner of the biscuit.

Honest Biscuits, located in Pike Place Public Market, is a quaint food stall that serves a variety of biscuits and biscuit sandwiches. The biscuits are crunchy, light, fluffy and HUGE. I thought they'd be a little more buttery, but they were still very good. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the location, while small, is very chill and relaxing. There is not much seating inside the restaurant, but there is plenty outside, which I recommend since you're right on the water. If you're looking for something a little different while visiting Pike Place, definitely give Honest Biscuits a try!

This was attended on a food tour and I also bought food on my own. They had a number of different types of biscuits along with sandwiches as well. The food took some time to come out, but there were a lot of orders coming in it seemed like.A regular biscuit was tried on the food tour which was tasty. It was buttery and flaky. I also had a crab melt ($14.50) and the fried chicken sandwich ($12.75). The crab melt consisted of Dungeness crab with Beecher's and Tillamook cheeses with green onion on a butterhole biscuit. This was great. The crab mixed with the blends of cheeses combined with the flaky biscuit made for an appetizing sandwich. I would have preferred a little more filing, however. The fried chicken sandwich was a fried chicken thigh with mayo and pickles on a butterhole biscuit. This was my preferred choice of the two sandwiches. The chicken was crispy and went well with the biscuit. I also had pimento cheese ($4) that came with carrots. This was very good too. It was just so creamy and fresh. Will I go back? Yes.

I'd heard about this place for a while and it was definitely on my list of eateries to visit on my Seattle trip. I was definitely not familiar with the area and it took me a while to find the physical location, it was actually a bit tucked away on the lower level of Pike's Place once you enter out onto the deck overlooking the waterfront. I was so excited that they offered a gluten-free version of the biscuit and the cashier was very patient while I asked her what menu items could be made as a gluten-free version. I ended up getting the crab melt biscuit, which included pieces of fresh crab melted with chunks of Beecher's Flagship Cheese, another specialty stall in Pike's Place (an extra plus since that place is famous for it's mac n' cheese, which was unfortunately not gluten-free). The biscuit was *amazing*, it was so airy and fluffy and paired so well with the crab and cheese. I'm usually on my phone when I eat by myself but I found myself literally just savoring every bite of this biscuit :) It was definitely pricey, ~$16, but definitely worth at least a try in my opinion. They had a few tables right in front of their ordering counter, but overall space is fairly limited. I'm only upset that I wasn't able to try more of their menu before I had to leave Seattle - I truly can't praise their biscuit sandwiches enough!!

On my final day in Seattle I happened upon this gem. When I say this place was the highlight of my trip, I still wouldn't be doing it justice. The ambiance indoor is charming and eclectic. I ordered the crab melt and strawberry lemonade. It was a gorgeous day so I decided to have my breakfast outside. The views were immaculate! It was truly the perfect summer day. Though it was counter service, one of the employees walked our food out to us and even went above and beyond to grab us extra napkins and silverware. The biscuit was a bit on the crunchier side of things so the sandwich could have used some type of sauce, but it was yummy despite these minor things. I can't wait to visit again!Food ratingCrab melt 8/10Customer service10/10Ambiance 100/10!

Part of the Pike Place Market addition this biscuit bakery was delicious. If you offer baked goods at Pike Place you actually have to bake it on sight. We joined Chef John on a tour of the market. Delicious cheesy biscuits we enjoyed! Very clean, lots of space, looked great! Would highly suggest!

The staff was super friendly, the coffee was well-made, and I had no complaints about my biscuit with sausage gravy. I upgraded my biscuit to the delightful, caramelized, onion, and bacon one, and that did take it to another level. There could've been more sausage, crumbled up with the gravy, but let's be honest, nobody makes it like my mum. I haven't stumbled upon any other biscuit places yet, but there are a few more to check off during this trip. I'd say this is a solid four star, and I feel like everybody could find something that they like.

I've been here on-and-off for a few years getting my vegan biscuit fix before my downtown office closed; and just recently for another snack. Before, the dough base was using coconut milk so it was a bit too rich/heavy for me so it was just on occasion. Fast-forward to this week, I just learned they switched to oat milk base in their vegan biscuits. Just a really cool transition and prompted me to try this out. I decided to try the vegan sandwich and it was pretty good! Height is a smidgens too tall for a mouthful bite so no shame in treating it like an open-face sandwich and eating it in halves. The B&G (biscuits & gravy) was also a cozy old favorite. The staff were just friendly, chill & receptive to any questions I had. They run a cool medium cafe kiosk in a big spacious recently built and open-air interior space. You gotta dig the big exposed wooden structural members and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The biscuits are some of the best I've ever had. However the people that work here leave something to be desired. They aren't very friendly and got irritated just by my asking for a fork. (I mean how are you supposed to eat biscuits and gravy) We had :biscuits and gravy. 5/5BLT 3/5 because it wasn't lettuce but arugula and should have been lettuce. Mcgregkr 5/5 delicious and would buy again. I had an espresso which is 0/5 not even sure what that was but it was awful. Service 1/5
