Our daughter looks forward to scoring a rubber ducky every time we visit Homeslice! Play until you win is a bonus!

Really good pizza! My husband ordered and sat at the bar and waited on our order. Nice, casual atmosphere - good to catch up with fellow locals. Limited menu - pizza only at the moment and when it sells out for the day, that's it. Good location right in downtown, decent amount of parking.

We don't go out to bars often, we're more of the foodie type and given we live in a small town, there aren't many options for bars. It's January and I'd imagine this place is quite the spot in the spring and summer. It wasn't very busy when we went by but that's how we like it. I don't like to be packed in like sardines like bars are in Raleigh. I really enjoyed the small town vibes. There was a broad range of ages too which was nice, it wasn't just a bunch of young 20 something's but they were there too! They have a dance floor and a DJ, their pizza smelled really good and looked good but we didn't try any (had just came from dinner). You have to kind of really look for the place. It's behind the downtown buildings in Youngsville. Park in the gravel parking lot and you can walk between Homeslice and the Yacht club which sells beer.

We strolled in during Oktoberville for a beer and a much needed slice of pizza. It didn't knock my socks off but the pizza is hot and fresh, better than a lot of other pizza I've had recently. The bartender was quick to ask us if we needed anything and the pizza came out pretty quickly too. There's a nice outdoor seating area where kids were running around pelting each other with cornhole bags, but there were also a couple really cute dogs wandering around, so I guess that balances out.

Absolutely love the vibe in here! This old real estate office turned tavern has done a phenomenal job with the layout and design. The bartender was super friendly and accommodating. We were here arounds lunch but they weren't serving food quite yet. If you're in Youngsville, this is the spot you want to check out.

Bottom line: HomeSlice Tavern is a pretty nice place to grab a drink in Youngsville. Attractive aesthetics, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and good service. The Deets:I got to try out the new HomeSlice Tavern up in Youngsville during their soft opening period recently. First of all, the aesthetics are what draw you in...a neatly renovated house with an inviting open door (see the pics I nabbed). Inside is a good open space with tables, the bar, and a large access to the outside area in back. There are a few electronic games available to play inside and a electronic jukebox on the wall near the bar. Mentioning the bar, a full bar awaits on the right when entering the front with one end of it adjacent to the outside area...and that outside area! Large, well groomed, with picnic tables/high tops to use but a very wide open enough space to enjoy (again, check those pics out I made). I noted a food truck at the very back of this open outside space, which I overheard one of the bartenders tell a patron that would be serving pizza starting a bit later in the month (May 2023). The bar has a good variety of alcohol/beer/wine with a small dedicated cocktail menu (possible suggestion...?maybe some "zero proof" alcohol choices and sugar free Red Bull to go with the regular Red Bull choice?). The bartenders were nice and attentive during my visit with good service, and as the afternoon went on there was a fairly good crowd building up to check out the place. My first impressions of HomeSlice Tavern are good ones, and I will hopefully enjoy more visits here in the future.

I visited Homeslice during Youngsville's Oktoberville festival and absolutely fell in love with the vibe of this place! When you walk over to the building, there's a large green lawn with picnic tables and cornhole. Inside, there's a bar where you can order a specialty drink or beer and order pizza. You can buy an entire pizza or buy individual slices. It's nothing fancy by any means but service is friendly and quick. Homeslice is a perfect place to hang out with friends on a nice day out, eat some pizza, drink a beer or two, and just chill. There's no judgment here, it feels like a community here where people just want to have a good time. The ONLY complaint I have is that children are allowed here (which seems to be a normal thing here in NC, bringing kids to bars) so while we were hanging out, the kids starting throwing the cornhole beanbags at each other and having a beanbag war. No one stopped the chaos. Other than rowdy children (which I blame solely on the parents for using bars as a babysitter), Homeslice is truly a cool hangout place. It's low key and perfect. Just bring yourself and have a good time!

Awful management, decent pizza but not worth it with the service you receive. Amazing spot with such potential to become an amazing staple in our community and they choose a pizza truck to operate out of a building lol. If little ceasers were still here I'd go there before revisiting homeslice

10/10 recommend this fantastic pizza and wings spot. The ambiance was fantastic, we loved playing the lawn games they had in the back under the lit-up tree. There was a wedding going on next door and my kids loved dancing along with the great music provided by the DJ. Lastly, the pizza, *chef's kiss*. It didn't tear anyone's stomach up and we had enough for leftovers the next day. The honey bbq wings were also delicious, with just a hint of spice. The service was great, my kids loved the free refills on their virgin Shirley Temples. Can't wait to go back!

I love this place, the bartenders are great and the pizza is pretty good. It's got a cute 90s theme to it and I always love a place with a jukebox. One of my favorite things about this place though is that it's very balanced with its family friendliness and adult atmosphere. People bring their kids and dogs but it's still a bar, I don't feel like kids are just running around like it's a playground but my friends with kids can still feel comfortable meeting me for a drink with their little ones. It's hard to find that balance but they nailed it! And you have to try their espresso martini, it's iconic!
