Honestly the best cake I have ever had ! I ordered half Prague and half Black Forest . Absolutely the right amount of sweetness and tartness and fresh fruit in top . This was my birthday cake , so much more fun then regular American birthday cake with too much sugar and one dimensional flavor . I am your customer as long as you bake ! A true baking fairy !!! Thanks a lot .The picture is my cake after flying it over to NYC as you can see it is still looking good ! Many compliments to this wonderful baker !

I ordered rafaello for my wedding anniversary and it tastes heavenly, light and not too sweet. Decoration is beautiful too with meringue flowers.
