Highway Country Kitchen

They have different activities and specials everyday of the week. I had a club sandwich and added on a fried egg, my husband has the highway burger. Very, very good. PERFECT fried egg and high quality greens used but by sitting on the porch in the late evening and not drinking adult beverages, you risk being " neglected", no biggie. Service was a good speed. We opted to sit on the porch because it was jukebox night and too loud indoors. There are many large scale games ( giant Jenga/connect4) and some kids (kids by my definition 20's) were playing Cornhole in the parking lot. The only minuses they get are out of their control. The parking lot is small and riddled with pot holes and the porch area has a light sewage smell, NOT the fault of the restaurant. Excelle no t food , great late night hours.

The onion rings are good. But you don't get what you pay for. $7.99 for just a hand full of onion rings. Recommend the food but not the prices for what you get.

I've been here 2 days in a row for lunch. I'm not from this area but the service and the food was outstanding. Damn good wings, clean place and clean restrooms. Nice

Great food. Best burgers and the wings were wonderful!. They even loaded on extra cups of ranch dressing. You cannot beat the price!

This place doesn't disappoint.I like how they shake things upwith their food choices.It has been a minute since we've been there. They expanded their patio area and the inside too, looks like pool tables and other fun stuff was added. Looks awesome.We went in for an early dinner and opted to sit outside and for their 1/2 priced wings. Looks like it's their special on Mondays & Tuesdays(Dine in only).We got tater tots and 20 wings, 4 ways - parmesan garlic butter, spicy bbq, sweet chili & bell pepper and peanut butter & jelly.They were all delicious and who wouldhave thought? PB&J wings. So good.For dessert, one most never pass this dessert up...Caramel Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding with Blue Bell ice cream.It was a little different from previous ones we've eaten from here. Still amazingly warm and delish. Got pic of new menu too.

The food was just ok. The beer was cold and reasonably priced. Not the best dining experience more of a bar.

The food has gone down hill, I've ordered to go wings usually every Monday 2 out of three of my orders the wings were un-eatable, raw and under cooked. The burgers say they are cooked to order, but if you order a medium burger or how ever you like it, it comes out well done and over cooked. The female cooks there are a lot better but the male cook, does not know how to cook to order. It's bad y'all, I go there quite a bit, and everytime he is on his phone the ENTIRE time, I've even seen him go to the restroom and not wash his hands. At least wear gloves when you cook. Only reason I'm leaving a 3 and not lower bc of the bar side of it, they are great

I mean, they had a couple really good people working there especially this one pretty girl name Jamie. Every single day this woman worked it was like overloaded with people. Now, since they probably pissed her off, or they fired her, there's nobody there. And then the one manager chick that is apparently in charge tried to sell me 12 chicken wings instead of 20. Lol better believe I count my damn chicken wings. Anyway, do whatever you can to keep your best producing employee. Not get rid of your best producing employee. I guess back to the Mexican restaurant for me and the bbq spot.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Amazing flavorful food that leaves you happily satisfied. Includes a wide variety of delicious meals. Homey meals and feels!! The wings were very good and the cowboy fries hit the spot. Definitely coming here again!
