This location seems like it is closing down soon. Of 12 taps, only 8 taps were being used. All the shelves are empty and many of the shelves were disassembled.

How did I not know about this place when I lived in the Apex area?! I would have been a regular here! I recently found this bottle shop on my yelp app while Boyfriend and I were out and about in the area. There was a great selection of beers on tap! I got a D9 Whiskers on Kittens and Boyfriend got a Boulevard Lemon-Ginger Radler. Both beers were tasty. While sip sipping on my beer, I built my mixer 6 pack. The prices on the beers were competitive. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. If you are around the area stop in for a beer or to pick up a few bottles! I almost forgot to mention that HighCraft is dog friendly!!

I tried this place a few years ago when we heard a cool beer place was moving in. My husband lives all types of beer, so we went in excited. We stood at the bar and were completely ignored, for over 5 minutes. A bartender stood right in front of us and ignored us while he rinsed glasses.I went last year again with 2 girlfriends after getting our nails done. It was empty, and we sat outside, and they served us wine.My daughter wanted to go today as she heard this was a good place, to purchase some beers for a friend. I questioned her " where did you hear this place was good?" Ive never really thought much if it, but decided to give it another try. I asked for a wine while she was looking around, and thd bartender said they dont serve wine? Ok. Then i said maybe ill just get a beer, and he just walked away? Even my daughter said nobody was helpful to her in helping choose beers for her gift, and they ignored both of us and chatted only with their obvious personal 2 friends sitting at bar.Too bad they have never seemed nice, because it could be a cute place if they spruced it up a bit and were a bit friendly.

We have now hung out at HighCraft a couple of times and are quite the fans. Both times they have had Burial beer on tap which are simply delicious. On Tuesday nights they play vinyl records which brings back some nostalgia from days past. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about beers and just fun to chat with while you are enjoying your brew. There are games and root beer if you want to bring your under 21 guests.

Just enough choices of beers in each category so that you don't get to overwhelmed. Still confused? Ask around, you will very helpful folks around who will select the right company for you that evening.Bottom line: Small store with just the right number of options.

Awesome store with a great selection. Matt knows his stuff! Definitely will be a regular stop whenever we drive in from Wilmington. The Speedway Stout is awesome!

So I found this place on Apple Maps and it showed open today. I went by today and to my dismay it looked closed. I went to the door anyways to check and there was I'm guessing an owner inside working on stuff. I knocked to see if maybe they were just opening late and showed him that Apple and Yelp showed him open today. He was so awesome and let me come in and shop. I am from out of town and love to buy beers to take home. 24 beers later I think I made it worth his time and for sure I appreciate him taking care of me!
