The service was fast. The price was great! The portions were fantastic!! And the food was good, although it somewhat lacked flavor. Even the yum yum sauce was kind of bland compared to others I've had. Overall, I will always give four stars to a place where I can feed four people off of two plates and the food is better than McDonalds. You know it's good when the kids pick this place over that.

Delicious meal here! Very clean, very friendly staff and very fast service. In a very busy strip of stores in WF, parking a bit of a hassle, but definitely worth stopping in. We ordered hibachi scallops and shrimp and hibachi steak and shrimp, spring rolls, and miso soup. And, a garden salad with the yummy ginger dressing. The yum yum sauce here is delicious, too! We'll definitely eat here again. Love to support local.

Come here pretty regularly and send many people here as well. Still give it 3 stars for Food. However, I want to give it zero stars for my most recent trip. Sign says they close at 9. Not 8:30 or 8:45. We arrived at 8:40, after working all day, just wanted to grab a quick bite of good food and go home after eating. I started to order, then the girl at the counter made sure to tell me "We close at 9. You're going to get this to-go?" I said "no, were eating here, it's not 9 yet. But you can put it in a to go box."Our food was ready around 8:50ish. Food was good, no disappointment there. At 9:00 we were asked to leave, "they were going home". Never in my life have I been asked to leave a restaurant because they were closing when I'm eating my food. Do I get that they close at 9, yeah. But as an example we were at Backfins once before (next door) and they close at 10, and they told us "don't worry, enjoy your food, no rush". Now that's customer service and how you handle business. Not asking people to leave. We would have been done eating in 5-10 minutes. I'm sure they still had to clean the kitchen, etc. Also to note, while we were there the little girl at the front told 2 other customers who came in sometime between 8:45-9pm they were closing and turned them away. SUGGESTION- if your sign says 9, customers assume you mean 9. So if really want to "close" the doors before then, change your business hours!

$28 for what? Space in my box? Never ate there before and will never eat there! Nothing looks fresh, everything looks like it's been sitting all day. Food was cold & the employees are rude.

It is an insult to Japanese food to call what they serve Japanese. My beef hibachi box was dry pieces of steak, not cooked in soy sauce or any think like that, with orange sauce that tastes like ranch & coleslaw mixed together and a few shredded onions. There was loads of rice, the dirty fatty type that you find a a cheap all you can eat Chinese restaurant. Nothing about it was Japanese it was like eating dirty American food with dirty Chinese food.Full of MSG, that dirty oily taste all over your mouth from one spoonful. Feel disgusting after eating that.I literally had to go and wash my mouth out and lips from that one spoonful of rice because of the oily msg film... EkkI would not eat there again even if I was being paid too.

My first time of trying to order from Hibachi Express the door was still locked a little after 11am. I did return another day after 11:30am so I think they actually open at 11:30am.Service was friendly and fast. Ordering was done at the counter and the man at the grill started cooking it up. they give a lot of rice as a filler but I was expecting more meat and veggies. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. Although what I ordered was very good and I only ate half of the rice.

OK but not great. Pretty bland. It was better with noodles then rice. Not sure if go there again.

Fast service, tasty hibachi shrimp and chicken. Even had a kids plate. Good prices as well!

I ordered hibachi chicken, came up to 10.66 after tax and I must say the portion is worth the price but quality is okay. Handed cashier my card and he grabbed the meat out the refrigerator to hand to chef, without washing his hands. I would recommend but bring your own seasonings cuz it needs it!!
