Absolute crap! I could have made food at home better than this. Just moved to this area this weekend; will definitely not be coming back.

My friend lives here so I visit regularly and this is one of my favorite lunch spots here, super good and very affordable, they have daily specials that are $9 and a lot of really good fresh food!

Food was overcooked and over salted (soy sauce). The medium filet was almost burnt and tough, same for the shrimp. The rice was so over-cooked that it was inedible and crunchy.They even burnt (black) the broccoli.. Maybe the cook should stop texting and pay attention to the food being cooked. Oh well, they already paid, right?We told the teen at the counter and got an I'm sorry, the cook is new. Nothing more.This used to be better. Best avoid, any other option would be better!!!

Let's just start with the best white sauce! I almost always get a teriyaki style steak bowl but the kids like the hibachi chicken bowl. It's quick and easy. It's a regular stop for lunch or dinner.

I recently gave this place another try. Ordered steak and chicken hibachi. The meat had no seasoning at all and was way over cooked. The steak was very tough and chicken was dry. Rice was bland. It baffles me that having such a limited menu with simple cooking techniques can't be done well. You literally grill some seasoned meat and veggies on a flattop, make rice, and squirt sauces on it.

I'll start this review with a bit of caveat emptor, there were four of us dining and only two liked our choices. That said, none of us liked the OVERLY sweet and cut for a 1st grader carrots.Suggestion to restaurant: don't boil them in sugar and cut them in strings, not like coins.So in to the good.I had the chicken teriyaki with the standard veggies and rice. It was very fresh. The chicken is all white meat chunks, the same as if you cut up a chicken breast at home. Zero breading to hide the itty bitty piece of meat in an inch of breading.The veggies, carrots excluded, were all done perfectly and you could see they are fresh. The rice was nice ;)I love teriyaki so I'll be back. I am in the area for Krispy Kreme, UPS and Home Depot so I will back for sure, just avoiding the carrots.My wife had the hibachi chicken and to her it was B L A N D. I tried it and yes, it was lacking in that carmelized hibachi goodness but the rice had flavors (different from mine) that helped it.She said she'd try the vegetable version next. (She doesn't like teriyaki, her loss!)My son had the kids meal with shrimp and rice, he liked him although he would have liked more shrimp!My daughter had the kids meal with noodles. She didn't like anything about it. So, a 50/50 for us with at least one return visit for sure so they can try something else. The teriyaki will always be good for me!

After seeing a post in a Facebook group raving about Hibachi & Co, we decided to give it a try tonight.We ordered via DoorDash so the review is solely on the flavor and quality of the food.I got the chicken and steak hibachi and ordered my steak medium rare. The steak was more on the medium side which was completely fine with me since I always order on the rare side to allow room for "error". I always worry about chicken when it is diced on the small side as more often than not it is dry, but this chicken was juicy and really good. I think the meat could have been seasoned a little more, but that is just a personal preference. All of the vegetables were tender and the carrots were so sweet. I could have eaten a heaping bowl full of the vegetables.The hubs got the steak and shrimp hibachi and ordered his steak medium. The steak came more medium well, but it was still reasonably tender. The shrimp were cooked well and were not dry or rubbery in texture. He felt that there was a good balance of the steak and shrimp which can be hit or miss at most hibachi restaurants. He is not a big veggie eater but he loved the carrots and also felt that the vegetables were tender and full of flavor.We will definitely be ordering from here again and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.
